It’s a pleasure to shop at this store; staff are knowledgeable and helpful; construction materials are of the best quality, and the tool selection is great; I shop here all of the time, and will continue to do so.

Jennifer, at the front desk, was exceptionally courteous and helpful.

The employees of this store have always been very cordial, helpful, and eager to assist when approached, or even when not approached they will say hello and ask if any assistance needed. Pleasure to do business in a store where it genuinely feels that you are welcome and appreciated as a customer.

Mark, the Service Person in Tools and Repair, and Jen, the Cashier were very understanding and helpful to complete my tool repaired paper works and the required credit card transaction over the phone. This saved me a trip to the Store which could take a whole day!

I love my Home Depot at 3200 NE Capital Circle. It always is a pleasant shopping trip with excellent employee customer service.

It’s clear to me that the management team at the Home Depot Capital Circle location does a better job of hiring, training and retaining helpful, friendly, knowledgeable team members than their competitor right down the street. I've shopped at both for a home renovation recently and I've decided I'm not going back to a competitor for any reason. For the same price, I get to interact with people who are happy I'm there and happy to help me with a positive attitude, warm smile and kindness. It’s refreshing...

My husband and I visit Home Depot at least two or three times a month. Staff has always been friendly and helpful in all departments.

Brian Farkas in Kitchen and Bath is extremely helpful if you are in need to improve or replace kitchen flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc. in your home. He is trained, knowledgeable and paid to help customers with information in their decision-making. His salary is not contingent upon what your purchase which helps his objectivity, personalization and custom-consulting skills.

Store is fine. Only a few black dishwashers available though. On back order, related to Covid somehow. Stores appliance delivery people unreliable. We had 4 hr window, 3PM-7PM. were here all afternoon. Had everything prepared, under kitchen sink cleaned out, rugs, furniture moved out of way in kitchen. No call & no delivery. "Tracking" via text or email took you to same place-message said appliance was on the truck for delivery. Tracking via phone said delivery was delayed but still coming. After 3 pphone calls to local store finally got a live person. Delivery service had a note on the order - "attempted delivery at 3:27 PM-only person there under age 18". We have no kids. Were here all afternoon. No phone call. By now it was after 8 PM. Not too happy.

Byron was very helpful when selecting my new appliances! I did my shopping, ordering and checkout in less than an hour. I have been putting off buying new appliances for a long time and I needed assistance making sure the refrigerator would fit under my upper cabinets. Byron pulled up all the options and showed me the different models available.

I just purchased a new washer and dryer for the first time in my life. I didn’t know that washing machines no longer use an agitator. Your employee, Jitka, was very pleasant and helpful. She made the transaction seem so easy and simple. Jitka is a wonderful employee. If you need anything in her home department including blinds, etc., she is the person to best make sure you get what you need.

We were shopping for an electric switch when we came in, not knowing exactly what we needed. A really nice young man helped us and we left served.

The worst customer service at Tallahasse 3200 Capital Circle location. ! I have shopped at many Home Depos and usually have a good experiene.

At this store, the cashier, Charlinda made my visit great. Thank you Charlinda and keep up the great work.

Jennifer did an amazing job in going above and beyond the call of duty to help rectify a delivery issue. She was also immensely helpful in directing us to a few major items that we wanted to purchase to help us settle into our new home that we just moved into in Tallahassee. Will definitely be back to this store based on her efforts.

I want to start by saying that Michael and the other associates that were able to help us were amazing. However, the MOD, Miguel, was too busy and argued with us after we left the store. I went into HD today to exchange some bathroom vanities. I finished my return at 12:39. I found myself waiting on the plumbing isle at 1:42 because no one would come to plumbing to assists us after multiple employees paged customer assistance needed in plumbing. The 1 person who came to plumbing barely spoke to us and then just walked away. When I went to customer service Michael came to assist us. We ended up getting 2 bathroom vanities, 2 shower doors and a bunch of plumbing items that totaled over $800. We spent over a hour in the store waiting for help and once we were helped we probably spent about 30 more minutes there to get the items we needed off the top of the shelves and check out. The female at self check out was really nice and scanned all our items for us, since we had a lot of items.

The sales person ( Nancy) that attended to us was very helpful in making us decide the particular model of the Refrigerator that we decided to buy.

We purchased a gas range at this store today and had an excellent experience with Byron. Great customer service!

Customer service at its best - employee walked with me until we found the two items I needed.

Excellent customer service - didn't find item on the floor and employee walked me to find the grill, then to cashier to pay, and helped me load it to the trailer. He also went back to the store with me to help me find the cover. He really took time to help me.

Found everything we needed quickly with the help of friendly staff. Employees went out of their way to assist us especially employee Rodney Hurst who went above and beyond to help us with a flat tire in the parking lot during a hot and rainy day.
