Home Depot has a great staff had are will to help you

We are remodeling our home and we are shopping at the Teays Valley store several times a week. Every employee that we have consulted has been extremely helpful! They recognize us when we come to shop and go out of their way to speak and ask what they could help us with that day. We never have to try and find someone to wait on us. Anyone who we pass asks us if they can help us with anything.

Kelly, at the service desk, went the extra mile to assist me in exchanging a component that was broken inside an appliance that I purchased. She was super!

8429 has the best selection, customer service and is clean and organized!

Probably the most accommodating store I have visited. Not just the store, but the area people were so friendly.

Mat Johnson was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the project that I was working on at my home. He quickly pointed me in the right direction and helped me find the supplies I needed. He even took the time to walk me to where I needed to go. Great service beyond expectations.

We had an amazing experience at Home Depot - Hurricane for one reason: Myranda! Her customer service was truly "above & beyond!" She went out of her way to help us, and made us feel like we were the only customers in the store!

I bought a hot water heater at the home depot store in hurricane wva those people know their stuff I told the girl what I needed pips shark bite fittings whit sizeand she come back several times and made shure I had everything also the thred sealer that I had forgotten about that woman knows her stuff and she was friendly I'm disabled and have to ride a scooter she even took my hot water to the check out and got a guy to load it for me I enjoy just going in and looking at the new stuff especially at Christmas time they ha e some nice stuffand the employees are friendly of I can't find what I looking for I ask them and they take me to it and let me look at it si I know that's what I want before I leave

The staff is always helpful and everything I need is always in stock.

All the staff there appear to work very hard. The manager, Matt always takes time to say hello and help any way he can.

We needed an end cap for our outside hose . Silvia came over and asked what we needed and she said it was in different department and told us where to find it. 5 minutes later we turned around and she asked if we found what we needed.

I purchased three major appliances today and I am so glad I chose Home Depot in Teays valley,WV

Cashier Megan was a delight to talk to. Very helpful and friendly.

The sales cahier, Katley, was very helpful and patient in checking prices. One of the items scanned was listed for $7.50 when it reality it was just $0.75.

I needed a decking board, and I needed it cut at a specific angle, and George took it upon himself to get it cut perfect, thank you. I don't have a photo, sorry. It was for a board right before you climb down the ladder to get in the pool. And Sheryl made sure my checkout was not only correct. but I got my military discount.
