The last time I was there the outside of store was dirty. It was cleaned up and looked good this time

The store is great but when I left the loading area was filthy. There was what looked to be quick Crete all over the ground

The Hurricane, WV Home Depot is doing a good job maintaining friendliness and keeping the shelves stocked during this pandemic.

This store Has helped our community in so many ways. They hosted a field trip from a carpentry class of a local high school and met with students to tell them how to fill out an application as well as what it's like to work in the store. They gave the students a tour of the store and let them look at all the different kinds of building materials available to plan and price for future projects. They consistently provide excellent customer service from keeping popular items in stock to giving every customer personalized attention in the store.

The store was very nice and clean The associates were friendly and knowledgeable about any questions that we had If you need appliances Madison or Katie will be more than glad to help you..Our experience was very good This was the Home Depot in Teays Valley WV I will defiinetly shop there agian

This particular Home Depot is always well stocked and the employees are always helpful.

The store manager, George and his assistant managers: Bobby and Lori are excellent people to work with. These managers go above and beyond to help their customers. Josh, who sells appliances, knows his department extremely well! Josh will take the time to explain products and services in detail. Tobin, who works at the customer service desk is a very pleasant and professional young man. You can be sure Tobin will help you. The store is neat and very clean and the overall shopping experience is fun. I really enjoy buying flowers and garden products in the spring and summer months. I think people should support their home town stores and I intend to be a loyal customer at my Hurricane, WV Home Depot!

Barboursville location for Home Depot could learn a lot from the good employees at Teays Valley Home Depot. Barboursville location close to home lost a $2500 sale because of poor customer service in the washer and dryer section.

The customer service here was exceptional. The products purchased were amazing.

This location is easy to access from both I-64 as well as US 35. Yet it is also not in the middle of a larger shopping are which can make access difficult, instead it is adjacent too other shopping areas which can easily be accessed if need be, but you don't have to. Makes for quick easy shopping for what you want.

DOUBLE OVEN PURCHASE. Purchased double ovens for install and removal with the floor salesman. After multiple disappointing phone calls post delivery (ovens sitting in my garage) and time wasted, HOME DEPOT supposedly doesn't install double ovens. "You will need to find your own contractor for install." - Good luck! Beyond frustrated. Hope this saves someone else some grief.
