I purchased the LG 5.0 TurboWash. I am so excited! I have had my LG washer for a little over 10 years and it finally stopped working. I never had to have service on it. My kids were brutal with it too. So, after reviewing many products it came down to Maytag or LG. Both have direct drive motors. I went with LG with Turbowash. Can't wait. If it works like the last one did, it will be awesome.

I purchased 25 bags of sakrete 5000. when inquiring about help loading, was told the loaders were leaving. when inquiring if they could at least bring a pallet of materials to my truck, was told the forklift just broke down and the only other forklift could not be operated inside the store. then had to wait in line at customer service to cancel transaction. Entire episode took an hour for nothing. The employees were sorry. but they were not there to load merchandise when that is exactly there job description and title.

Nancy in paint. She knows paint, rollers, primers and all aspects of painting. She can color match exactly and prices are pretty competitive. 10/10 recommend.

She is very knowledgeable about paint and products and supplies. She helped us pick out everything for our business project and showed us how to use the new paint lid pour tops. Every Home Depot need a Nancy in paint!

I've recently been amassing a tool collection, Milwaukee power tools and hand tools mostly, and customer service has been a great help on a few separate occasions. I appreciate their willingness to assist in exchanges and ordering issues. No complaints!

Wonderful service and great advice for my projects. Maddie was so knowledgeable in the paint depart., Jonathan was helpful with handling the heavy paint cans, Abel was helpful loading them into my car. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received! I do believe this is probably the best Home Depot store, and they by far exceeded my experience at Lowe’s (same day, same department but a world of difference).
