GREAT STORE BUT NEEDS MORE EMPLOYS ON THE FLOOR FOR HELP AND WITH KNOWLEDGE IN THEIR DEPARTMENT.

We had a great trip. Appliance Specialist Charles was great. He really knew his stuff and we purchased a washer and dryer.

Appliance shopping with Charles Howell at Liberty Park Drive Home Depot is a great experience. He is knowledgeable and helpful.

My wife needed a couple more tomato plants and I just needed a couple of project parts. Good selection of plants. We went from garden section to hard ware and checked out rather quickly, no waiting.

The paint department is wonderful. Andrew is very knowledgeable and helpful! Otherwise there is no help to be found in this store. I have had employees walk right by me even when I am saying excuse me can you help me ! If I need anything other than paint I prefer Lowe’s even though Home Depot is much closer to my home.

I was sent to this store by the charleston wv location because charleston did not have the product in stock but teays Valley did. When I arrived and checked out the price was not the same as the tool in charleston. So I mentioned it to the cashier who called a manager and that manager called charleston which confirmed the price I mentioned. The teams Valley manager (Bobby) then began to treat me as a their and call me a liar even after he had spoken to the charleston location and confirmed my story. They continued to interrupt me and not allow me to speak about what was happening and told me "I dont care what the other stores say. You are in my store so I determine what the prices are gonna be." I have all ridgid power tools and have never had an unpleasant experience at a home depot until today. And I left there very upset. Not just about the price difference. Mainly of how I was treated by the manager.

The girl checking me out was extremely helpful & friendly. We were able to get what we needed without a problem & able to get checked out quickly. I had forgotten my card and she was able to help me with that problem. I have always had good service from the employees at this store & found them to be very helpful anytime I have been in there.

We were in the market for a dishwasher. Paul Headley was excellent to help us and very knowledgeable on the features and hook up. Best service we have ever gotten there.

The employees were very friendly and wanted to make sure I found what I was looking for. Even when they didn't have what I wanted , they went out of their way to find me an appliance of equal or better value. I like that in a business.

The store was clean and sanitized. I had an employee, Rex, that went above and beyond to help us with all of our electrical needs. I would recommend Home Depot in Hurricane WV for all your construction needs.

I am physically disabled.I asked for help loading my merchandise into my truck.nobody came to help.I ASKED for HELP!!! Nobody came.oh yeah,it was raining.

The Home Depot store in Teays valley is great! Much more knowledgeable about their products then the other major chain store ... Friendly employees and very helpful.. They strive to make you happy and give you the best prices with high quality products!

The workers are working hard,I like how they greet you as soon as you come in.tonight Aki checked me out at register she was polite ,Andrew at paint sold me a bucket of paint, I would like these people to be rewarded Anthony, Pamela,Carol .

Had an issue on an item I purchased online when I found out it could be a lengthily time to receive it. Kenda got the order canceled and was very helpful in getting another like product ordered. She was a pleasure to work with. Professional and friendly. Looking forward to getting the new order in a reasonable amount of time now.

Employee in plumbing is rude the way the old guy. He came up and says "Do you know what your looking for". I was in the isle for 2 to 3 min showing My wife the difference between 1/2" and 3/4" piping to see what she wanted to uses for her project. When I was in retail I just asked the customer is there anything I can help you with... Or If you need any help Let me know. But Not "Do you know what your looking for"

I took advantage of your same day online ordering with curbside pick and was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of your curbside team! They were a great group of guys! Got me checked in, found my order, retrieved it and brought to my vehicle and loaded it for me! All without me having to even set foot in the store! And in less than an hour on top of that!
