Friendly associates. Good selection of products. Sometimes hard to find an employee to help when in the store looking for the right product.

I only wish they would stay open later.

This store is the closest location to my New Mexico address and I can usually find what I'm looking for, and then some, when I visit this store. However, do not trust the Home Depot app because the quantity shown may not be correct. If you are traveling a fair distance (like I do - 160 miles round trip), it was recommended to me by an employee to call the store first and have someone "put eyes" on the product and quantity that you need. Lesson learned after I relied on the HD app and then got to the store only to find their inventory levels for the items I needed were grossly incorrect! To redeem themselves, the employee I worked with gave me a deeply discounted price on one of the items that contained a broken piece. I now have to return when they replenish they inventory - after calling the store as mentioned above.

This is the best store in Gila Valley!

Such extremely friendly and helpful people. Recently moved here and I've been fascinated by the courteous nature of the employees of this store. I have always preferred to shop at The Home Depot in the past, but as polite as the last store was that I moved from, these people in Safford are just more genuinely concerned about helping others.

This store always helps me out with products and the workers always do their best to show me where to find stuff! I would recommend this store to anyone who needs help with their work, projects or anything that they're working on.The store was very clean and the workers are always helpful! Thank You so much!!

Tagipo in the lumberyard is amazing! Loaded up 40 bags of cement and 20 bags of sand by himself! Thanks for always being so helpful.

I had great service from Courtney. I was looking for a paint sprayer and she was very infkrmative, friendly, and courteous! The garden center had a really good sale on plants. I'm from out of town and don't have a garden center. So I went wild. Mr. BettyBoop helped me with plants and flowers. He was very helpful in educating me on the different plants and flowers. Iliana at check out was so patient and gracious with me! Thanks everyone!

I love shopping at this store because everyone there is so nice. They seem to really like working there. They joke with the customers and their coworkers. The store is clean and is set up to make it easy to find things.

Customer service at this store is never consistent. Some days they are rude and unwilling to help and other days they are smiling, helpful.

I always have alot of shopping to do, Andrea and Barb make it so easy to get everything done in good time.

I had the BEST experience at the Safford AZ. store! We went in to buy a Tuff Shed. Jessie from the garden department was amazing and very helpful! He helped us design the perfect shed for us in 3D right before our eyes. The service was incredible and I will always recommend this store to others and to ask for Jessie from the garden department! Thank you Jessie for taking the time to care!

Over all the store is clean and neat. Entering the store we were welcomed but once in the store it was difficult to locate items as we typically do not shop here. The cashiers were nice and helpful. Associate Shaylyn was super.

I got the dishwasher I wanted, but, as usual they made me purchase a new power cord because they said if I didn't, it would affect the warranty. Well, I doubted that, but bought it anyway for an additional $27.00. Turns out that my house has a dedicated hardwired power circuit coming out of the wall with its own circuit breaker. I followed the Bosch Manufacturers installation instructions on pages 11 to 15 for that simple installation. I wish I could return the power cord kit and have my $27.00 back.

Home Depot has really stepped up its game-i am so grateful to so many associates there who have helped me with my questions and errors-where else do we get that these days! Return Policy is truly a lifesaver> THX Home depot!

I would say the window dept is quite good, with an enthusiastic, experienced, and generous staff of one.
