this store is great to shop in, i fpund what i was looking for and the assistance was out of this world the nice-ness

Nakia in paints. And Lizeth cashier. Both were rude and were not courteous and polite Paul was soo very nice and helpful Parking lot always looks dirty I don't think I'll go to that store again I like the home depot in laveen And on Dysart Too many associates grouped together talking You need to do something immediately

Friendly service, but I would like to see if they could stock 2-1/2" round bushings for the back knock outs on breaker panels because the only place in Safford Az. that stocks them are at City Electric in Safford it would make it easier for the trades to shop at one place instead of running around town to get parts for the electrical meter breaker panels.

The store was very clean. The employees were very helpful,very well mattered and also seemed to like their jobs.

This store is good for the area and provides us what we need. Just be prepared to tolerate store associates that aren't to quick to assist unless you chase them down..

The store isles are never cluttered , the service is impressive and the quality of the material is above normal standards . The staff at the Pro Desk are always courteous and helpful in attending to my needs

I love shopping at Home Depot Thatcher. My only wish is that it was larger so that it had more of the items the big Home Depot stores have. But I love the customer service I get at this store. I can always get assistance loading in the lumber area and if they don't have what I need, I can usually find it online and have it ordered in. The one time I did have a real problem with a lawn mower situation they really helped me out and got things taken care of. I really like the staff and management at this store.

Our Home Depot is extremely clean. I wish our restaurant bathrooms were as clean. The sales associates are extremely helpful and friendly.

Store clerks usually are not knowledgeable in what they are selling. Customer service is slow and I find that they are out of the products that I need at the time.

This is the best Home Depot store in Arizona. The employees are nice, helpful and friendly. I have to drive 160 miles round trip to this store and they always make me happy I did.

i had to make a complaint about associates not working and the manager was able to help out and get things taken care of. i was asked by about five people if i was doing OK and finding stuff. i am a regular and glad to see the store is getting the help it needs. when in need for any help in any department ask for Stephanie she was supper friendly and helpful in so many projects.

Mohamed in the lumberyard was extraordinarily helpful in selecting, cutting and loading our lumber purchases. He gave us tips on measuring and was very proud of providing good products and services to us. It was a pleasure to have him as the associate helping us, and we will look for him next time we shop.

The Garden Department was clean and I did find what I was looking for, with assistance from a longtime store employee. The new trainee who checked me out was very friendly.

While the store is doing better with their employees being more helpful and cheerful, they are still lacking in enough help. Also, when the website says the garden center is open until 8 p.m. and it's closed at 7 p.m., that's a problem. Also, why there is no design consultant on site on weekends does not make sense. Karen Smith in electrical and plumbing is great. As is the young girl in paint who had a horrid migraine headache but did a great job assisting, all the while she was in pain.

Employees in the store do not know their merchandise. If I go i generally have to find what i need by myself. There are 1 or 2 exceptions if you can find them.

This store is smaller that most Home Depot stores but do a good job of keeping what a small town store uses most. My BIG complaint is the lumber yard, it always seems like they are in the process of moving everything around so very few things are marked correctly and the cement blocks aren't marked at all. There are racks and stacks around that look like they are waiting to be put in their correct place but that is their place, just there, in the way, without a tag or a price and no employee is ever conveniently waiting to help, they are always on the other side of the store where there is no lumber?

This is my favorite Home Depot all over the country. It’s easy to navigate and has super nice employees! Small town living at its best with a Home Depot like we have in Thatcher, AZ!!!!

I really appreciated Alicia in the flooring department. She was very friendly, positive, and gracious.
