Excellent store! Everyone there is polite, professional and knowledgeable.

We usually have a great experience at the thatcher Home Depot - but Robin saves us so much time and was courteous and made sure we received the special price that was available for the tools we bought . We r thrilled for her attention to our needs. No wonder we go there so much !

This store is we’re I like to shop. It is about 45 minutes from my house. I have an electric vehicle but the store and including the town does not have a place to plug in my car. I would be able to shop more if I could charge my car when shopping. I would have given them five stars but I cannot use my EV car.

I like how friendly and helpful everyone is when I go to the garden section.

I frequent this location numerous times every month. I appreciate good service, as well as courteous staff. I consistently experience both at this Home Depot location.

However, when it comes to flooring, I feel like it drops way below satisfactory. The people who measure and install come from Tucson and the wait period is ridiculous. I don't feel like there is good communication between the people who measure and the sales people and the installers. In the spring of this year we went to the Thatcher Home Depot for new carpet and vinyl flooring. Our experience was horrible and took way too long and we ended up going elsewhere for half of our flooring. I have gone to the Home Depot in ShowLow for flooring in the past and had a successful. Experience. That is what I was expecting in Thatcher. Why don't you hire local people to measure and install rather than work clear in Tucson? That way there can be better communication.

I am so glad to have a Home Depot close to where I regularly shop. The employees are always helpful and respectful. Thank you for being there!!

We shop at the Thatcher store quite often and are very satisfied with the employees, merchandise and prices.

Not all Cashiers but a couple are often busy talking to each other or SUPERVISOR instead of working register. I’ve had them look me in the eye as though I’m disturbing them!

I have been a teacher all my professional career, and several of the employees are my former students. They always acknowledge me (Good morning, Mr. Crockett) and are very helpful in finding anything I need. Great "kids" and great service!

Garden staff are wonderful. They do a great job and seem to love their jobs.

I enjoy going to Home Depot. Has new items and Ideas. Love the Holiday Decorations and Sumer Décor. I can't afford them, I go to enjoy them.

Sandy my cashier was very friendly and was always smiling and asking if there was anything else I needed. She made sure when I left I was satisfied that I got the best of help.Anytime I go into the store Everyone is friendly and helpful.If I ask where something is they will take me to it instead of just saying on aisle whatever and leave it at that. The last two times I've been to home depot I made large purchases. 1st visit my husband and I bought 20 panels of fencing and 10 wood posts. We showed up 20 minutes before closing time and we had 3 young men help us load the trailer and also helped us move those posts and stack them on the trailer even thought the store was closed they continued to help with the most helpful and positive attitudes! 2nd visit was actually over the phone I live 45 minutes to and hour away from the store and I bought sod grass. The pro desk employee Derrick/Derek help me order over the phone. I had quite a few questions that he had to call or look into and call me back, in which he did with a great attitude. Ultimately his customer service is why I chose to buy sod through home depot instead of the competitor in town. So 2 for 2 Safford/Thatcher home depot went over and beyond with their customer service!!!

Very friendly and honest and there is always someone close by to ask a question if needed, and they would take you to the spot where your item is at.
