The only thing is that the dalles home depot need to make sure that the isles are cleared for customers to get to products.

Great friendly service very knowledgeable

This store has been a consistent let down. Customer service is poor and good like finding someone that cares about their job and helping the customer. Also their website in stock numbers are not accurate. I was trying to purchase a metal flashing I needed for my siding and it said they had 30 in stock. So I drove the almost hour to the store from my house and it turned out they didnt even stock it at that store. I showed the employee my phone which clearly stated 30 in stock at that store and he was just baffled. wasted an hour looking for it and 2 hours of my time driving to and from. Not even a mention of compensation. I do not recommend this store.

The Dalles Home Depot seems to always have enough folks on the floor to help with any questions. I've been shopping here for a long time and the service and stock selection has always been outstanding. Good sales, mostly really quick checkouts, and easy to find what you need. Try ordering or at least checking on your products on line before you head over. They will put your order together for you and have it waiting in most cases.

The store was clean and very organized, the customer service was very friendly and extremely helpful. Overall a very cheerful place to shop!

I absolutely rely on my tools everyday at home and work. The staff at this store are friendly and there for any minor or major question I have asked if I need help finding a tool or advice on a project and what tool to use. There have been so many advancements in tool building, and the home depot seems to carry a great selection of what will be needed for the job. As well, they gain new inventory regularly as tool technology changes. I personally love the newer brushless battery operated power tools. I recently found out about a battery operated riding lawn mower while shopping there... I can't say I prefer shopping anywhere else, because if the selection, support, and prices are the best, why even attempt going anywhere else. And that is confirmed by the reality that when I visit another store to "see what's new" it always reminds me of why I shop at the Home Depot as a standard.

Great selection and fast in and out

I am totally loving The Dalles Oregon Home Depo drop box. I can figure out my project materials at home and order online. I then can pick my order up at the drop box. This saves so much time.

This is THE BEST Home Depot of them all. The staff is friendly, and they have experienced staff to help. I love this store. They are an example of how great a home improvement store can be.

The store is always clean. The employees are all friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They have everything you are looking for and if not they are quick to order it for you and have it delivered to your door or to the store, whatever is best for you.

Good choices and prices. Liberal return policy. I have ordered lumber for delivery that was not up to spec, in my opinion, so it is better to buy only what you see. I do buy a lot of lumber and am happy with the lumber I have personally selected for purchase. So the former is not a complaint, just a cautionary note.

Very well stocked store

Store is great. Most of the time they have the products I need and the special orders come quickly. My only concern is they allow dogs in the store .I'm not sure what the point is to have dogs in a building center. Maybe I'm the only one that don't get it. Most of the people I see with dogs don't seem to purchase much. Looks a lot like they just come to show off there dog.
