Great customer service and products!

I had multiple positive experiences at Home Depot in Titusville, FL, where I received exceptional assistance from a worker named Tom R. Tom was consistently helpful and displayed a high level of professionalism. He successfully located the items I needed and even offered his expert recommendations.

I love this store and it rates above the rest because of their employees who are so helpful. I always need help when I go into a hardware store and this store always seems to have people around that are willing to help you.

Customer service Jonathan stopped what he was doing to help me. I felt that I was his priority right then. He helped me find the items I needed, carried them to check out for me. So friendly and kind through the entire experience!

In the last year or so I have purchased numerous Ryobi tools, a vanity for my guest bath, a 12 volt battery for a piece of audio equipment and I make regular visits for large and small need for my household and my business. I am always treated well and the service is prompt. I will continue to shop at Home Depot as long as the standards are maintained.

She was so helpful, listened to me, solved my problem. Even saw I was having a hard time standing, she ran got me a chair. To help me, she had to keep running back and forth to her department to show me different options.

Tara was super helpful. She made the process of ordering what we needed very easy for us older folks.

I had a great shopping experience in Home Depot ,Titusville recently. Store associate Khaos was extremely helpful and efficient in assisting me load and purchase fencing. Customer service and safety were her top priorities.

I came in looking for wood to build a raised garden bed. Josh helped me out tremendously, he not only gave me his advice but basically gave me the measurements to build this. He deserves a raise, I can finally build this without having doubts, he was the most helpful worker I’ve ever encountered at any store. He was very respectful and also cut the wood for me. Truly a great worker!

THE DATE AND TIME WHEN I SPENT 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUETS SHOPPING IN THIS STORE WHEN I WENT TO CHECK OUT THERE WERE NO CASHIERS, ONLY SELF CHECKOUT. I HAD TO REQUEST A CASHIER AND GO FROM ONE END OF THE STORE TO THE OTHER 2 TIMES IN ORDER TO GET A CASHIER

I am a 70 yr old widow trying to fix things in my home. Pat in plumbing was great. Tom took me to flooring as I had a broken piece of floor transition I wanted to replace. Tom and Tyler helped me. Tom even cut the strip to my needs exactly. Even the customer service cashier was so helpful and kind. All these folks made me feel valuable. Thank you.

The associates were friendly and very helpful. They knew where items were. This has been our experience each time.

This store has very friendly and helpful employees. The customer service desk was very helpful as well. The management also gets top ratings from me. The store was clean and well stocked. Bathrooms were very clean. I give them all the stars I can.

We bought a vanity cabinet that was of poor quality and had some missing screws and a cracked drawer. Although we were very disappointed of the poor quality of the cabinet, the employees in the store were very helpful to assist us. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

The employees of home depot are exceptional. I called them about the issues i have and they take care of it with no problem.

I was in to get some blinds for my bedroom and I wanted them to be a close fit. Lance was very knowledgeable and professional with his advice on the selections I chose, and he later assisted me with trimming 1/4” off the ends for a great fit.

I have been to this store many times and there is an older tall guy in electrical that is the best on the floor worker. Knowledgeable and helpful with respect and humor. And my favorite checkout girl ever is Nisa by far. I love seeing her and Roslyn. They both send me out in a much better mood the I walked in with. I like to thank them anyway I can.

Im a very unhappy customer. Every time I shop at the Titusville Home Depot I never get to use my Military Discount it makes me very up happy. The check out person always tell me to go to customer service and nothing get resolve.

This morning I purchased 5 bags of Jamo Floor Mud from this location. As the pro desk was closed, and there were no available cashiers, I chose to ring myself up while an employee stood nearby. After ringing up and paying for my 5 items, I grabbed my receipt and started towards the exit. As a began to walk away from the register, the employee who had been standing there watching me the entire time, proceeded to stop me to count my bags, as if I was stealing from the store. I am a contractor, I shop here several times a week, I spend tens of thousands of dollars here every year, and on top of having to watch an able bodied employee getting paid to stand there and basically do nothing, while I pay higher prices for their goods, I am now subjected to being treated like a common thief? I called the store to speak to the manager, “Gary”, to address the situation but was given the runaround. Extremely disappointing experience here at the Titusville, Florida location

I've enjoyed Home Desperate since I lived in Connecticut. They have good products, selection and prices. I thoroughly like their website, especially that they give the location of products in the store.

I prefer to shop at this Home Depot because I can always find help. If an employee doesn’t know something, they find someone who does.

Home Depot told us that the installers would take apart my hospital bed and move it out of the bedroom but the installer stated he refuses to do same…I am a 100% disabled Veteran and cannot perform same…I am almost at the stage to cancel

Very pleased with the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful and efficient. I drive to the Titusville HomeDepot and I live in Merritt Island because of the service and selection.
