Contractors sales staff .... Eric , Taylor and Cheryl are always helpful Randy in electrical, Pat in flooring, Sally in Paint and Marco for pulling orders are all very good ! Most all of the staff is very friendly

This location has the most amazing Customer Service Rep at the front desk... Shay!! Super friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. If you need assistance, ask her for help. Most of this store is full of bubbly helpful people, btw. Clean place too.

The cashier said her name was Sarah. She joked around with us and make us feel like she had known us her entire life. Amazing personality. There are a couple of more employees I didn't get their name, but they all were extremely helpful. They kept busy and also found the time for us.

Your associate Denise in flooring when one step beyond! We had called for some Haley Oak Planks and was told none available. Two minutes later , Denise, called and told us she did have them in stock. We immediately went to Titusville to pick up the merchandise. Met Denise personally, she loaded 10 boxes on a cart for us, got us the ticket to take to customer service, and it was so easy. Customer service arranged for some help to load the planks in the car, Thank you Ed from Garden Center! Thank you all.

Titusville FL HD is convenient and works for me. The last manager, Frank was customer centered. Associates are friendly.

Knowledgable staff abounds at this location!! As a decades long widow, I have faced many DIY projects singlehandedly and as a consumer, budget constraints go hand-in-hand with a single income household. NEVER have I been treated 'less than' or spoken to in a condescending way at this store. I appreciate that VERY much! Thank you for being part of my support network!
