There is always someone who will help me when I go to this store. Even the return desk people are friendly. I sometimes go to a competitor but there is rarely anyone to help me and if there is a person, they rarely ask, "May I help you?" Not so with HD.

I been using this store for a project we are working on in the area, their service is first class. I will recommend it to everybody.

Our experience in the flooring department was great. Patrick and Dan were very professional, each wore their masks and I felt good. They were very knowledgeable and polite. We got the floors of our dreams. Our floors look fabulous. Thank You Patrick and Dan and thank you Home Depot.

I love the Home Depot #6871 in Titusville, Florida. It's always easy to get in, find the stuff I need, and get out. And the employees there are always very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I went to Home Depot (HD) in Titusville, FL with the intent of placing an order for two custom made doors for our private residence. I am the type of person that likes to understand what I spend my money on. Needless to say, I was becoming angst after being given conflicting information by several different HD store employees regarding the special order procedure. On our last visit to HD, my wife and I were fortunate to meet with a Department Supervisor. We met with him for over two hours during which time he gave us his undivided attention. At all times he was courteous, respectful and showed a genuine concern for our needs. He took the time to answer our questions and explained each step involved in placing a special order for a custom made door. As the discussion progressed, my wife and I became more comfortable with what Jimmie was saying because it quickly became evident that he was a subject matter expert. I ended up spending more than I had anticipated but felt comfortable I was getting good value for the money. Thanks to the Department Supervisor, what had started out being a painful chore ended up being a painless task.

The customer service at this store is consistently poor. I have had numerous bad experiences here and I am a fairly easy going upbeat guy.

We purchased a house 3 months ago and have spent literally thousands at this Home Depot since then. From kitchen remodeling to painting inside & out,plumbing, plus revamping the landscaping. Every single employee I've dealt with has been super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I arrived at store tired, in a bad mood, couldn't wait to get home and take a nap, but I had to get shingles for my roof that had to get fixed tomorrow. Left store with the Shingles I needed, in the right color, AND in a better mood. Employees are helpful, courteous, friendly. Thanks!

This Home Depot has the most organized displays on their shelves. They make it much simpler to find whatever it is that I am looking for. Everyone I have had the pleasure to encounter has been extremely friendly and helpful.

THE STORE WAS NEAT AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY . CARMEN AND SAM WERE BOTH EXCEPTIONAL. CARMEN INFORMED ME ON THE ONLINE APP AND HELPED ME ADD IT TO MY PHONE . SAM WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE IN THE LUMBER DEPARTMENT.

The store was very clean and well stocked . Although they did not have enough cash registers open Carmen was quick accurate and pleasant.

Ed was so helpful when my boyfriend and I went in to look for patio furniture! Helped price check every item for us along with loading up a cart full of the chairs and tables we needed! He even walked the cart out personally and loaded it into the back of our truck. We have never experienced such customer service and are so impressed by the employees at our Titusville Home Depot!
