I I have been going to the store for approximately 3 years. I have visited Home Depots all over this beautiful country. I frequent up to eight or so Home Depots in my current area. I find the Titusville store filled with very personable people, always willing to help, with smiles on their faces. I also find that the store is very tidy and believe it or not the carts are always where you need them. Thank you for all that you do to make shopping easier for all of us.

I stopped by this specific Home Depot because it was close by to an appointment that I had… But I live about 45 minutes away. Chris D in the lumber department provided amazing customer service. He was friendly and knowledgeable! I will put in the extra drive time to return to this specific store as it is obvious that this store’s associates truly care about their customers.

Excellent example of a new age superstore. Helpful associates, clean isles and web tool that point you in the right direction.

After seeing a particular concrete brick paver at the Merritt Island store. I discussed with my wife and decided to purchase them. However, I went to the closer Home Depot in Titusville. I checked their stock and they didn’t carry this paver. I asked the employee in the garden center about ordering them and he referred me to customer service. They were extremely busy. When it was my time to be helped both Tara and Tammy took the time to help. They were able to find them at the HD on Merritt Island. The color and size of this paver was a close match to other pavers I have at home. Being able to purchase them from one store and having them delivered was a big plus.

I interacted with four different staff members all were friendly and extremely knowledgeable especially at checkout with Arlene!!!

I was online trying to buy a pair of ryobi cordless ratchets and all I ended up with was 45 minutes online to find out that they could not help me at all so I drove to the store and talked to the women at the service desk. they couldnt help me with the online mess but did order the products I wanted. i had to use my credit cardinstead of cash but at least I got the product ordered. luckily these women got me calmed down ,as I was really upset with the useless online help;

The employees at this location are super attentive, courteous, knowledgeable. Great experience. Good job management!

Gotta love Home Depot. They have everything you need.

There was a promotion for a free battery with purchase of a certain item that we were shopping for. The employees made sure we got the promotional battery even though we were unaware. Saved us some money and definitely will be return customers in the future.

I was searching for a specific product that was showing 'unavailable' online and Jim took the time to research the item and found there were several remaining on the shelf. Thank you again, Jim, for going over and beyond to assist us in our search. Your efforts were so appreciated! We'll be back and refer you as well.

We found what we were looking for all over the county and were so glad we went there. We will start with Home Depot fist next time.

Took your survey, Because I do not want advertisement emails. You won't let me post it. Also wrote a very fine review of one of your employees. Chris in the lawn and garden tool dept. You offer a sweepstake but without excepting, emails can't enter that either. Your store may be just fine but as a Corporation, you are not even a 1 star..Multi-billion corp. And trying to make money off of the VA discount.

Needed a new weed wacker. The one I needed was on a top shelf. Went to customer service. She was positive and quick to send help over. That girl was also upbeat and very positive. Thank You for your help Ladies!

Not sure what changed but I had a positive experience here if management changed please keep up the positive energy's

Lumber did a fantastic job setting me up with the correct lumber--even spending the time to cut it all to my specifications and ensuring a quick trip through the register. An excellent experience!

I remodeled my whole house after buying it and only came to Home Depot for everything. Everyone was super friendly and started recognizing us. Never had any issues with returning items.

We have purchased fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, mail box, 2 bathroom vanities and more from this store within the last 2 years. A great experience, we were treated courteously and fairly.

I just not bought an edger (overpriced and without battery and charger at another popular store) but I also took advantage of the Home Depot Rioby Annual Sale buying an edger, weedeater, and receiving other free products for less money. I loved the fact that I didn't have to search for assistants because of the prompt, professional, friendly service from entrance to exit.

Home Depot is a great place to get supplies and products that everyone needs. The staff is so helpful and willing to provide information about their products. We look forward to shopping again and when we have another big purchase, Home Depot is where we will shop.

Great service and knowledge staff. Always goes above and beyond to help. Never makes you wait more than 60 seconds for an answer. If they do not know or can't offer a solution, they find someone or have a manager assist, IMMEDIATELY. That's we continue to invest in this company.

I recently did a complete home remodel with almost everything coming out of this Home Depot store. If something wasn't in stock, there was an employee willing to find where it was located at another store or have it ordered for me. Great customer service!
