Associates are great to work with & very helpful.

The staff in Topsham is terrific. Any I have a question either the person I ask has the answer of knows which of the other employees will have the answer. This past Monday I went in looking to buy one item, found some others I also needed, and had a good explanation on how a piece of electronics works from Paul. As I got ready to go I saw another staffer who helped on a different project a couple of years ago. The turnover seems low enough I keep running in to employees on multiple trips. Knowing there will be answers when you need them makes going to the Topsham store far easier. Great store and staff!

Vicki was the appliance person who was great. Product was ordered by Vicki very quickly on my home phone. Freezer. Yes, store is always clean and Home Depot plants are the best around. Store assoc. are always nice

I enjoy shopping in Topsham because I am starting to know some of the employees. They make you feel at home and are very very helpful and knowledgeable.

Always a pleasure shopping in the home depot in the Topsham fair mall. The employees have always been helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable helping as well as explaining how to use the product . The store is clean and every aisle is clearly marked.

The Topsham Home Depot is always well stock. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

A sign on the main street to help locate the store would be very helpful. It is well hidden behind the trees and i just caught a corner of the store as i passed by and had to turn around to get to the store.

This location of HOME DEPOT is clean, organized and there are many employees around offering help in all areas of the store. It seems that management really cares about their customers and employees. Shelves are stocked well, signs help find various areas in the store. I find that I much prefer shopping in the Topsham, Maine store as opposed to another large home/hardware store in the area. The organization of products is a big reason for easy shopping.

Has to be the worst home improvement sore in the tri state area. poor management and customer service, employees are lazy would rather watch you struggle with merchandise than offer to help

I will speak only for the Garden Center, which has two excellent young women who are knowledgeable and very helpful, Delaney and Jessie, especially Jessie. She must know every product in the Garden Center! And she's extremely thoughtful and helpful. I wasn't quite sure what I needed, but had a mental notion of what I wanted. Despite a less-than-perfect description, I was instantly understood by both Delaney and Jessie. They immediately led me to the correct product. The store is lucky to have them.

My wife and I were looking into replacing the carpet in our living room so we went to several home improvement stores within a 30 mile radius of our house. We were able to locate a product that we liked, but were unpleasantly surprised by the installation cost. After obtaining additional estimates we opted to use Home Depot even though the cost was nearly identical. What swayed us was the responsiveness of the store. We requested an estimate and it was completed within a week and a price provided in three days from the measurement appointment. One of the other stores provided a quick measurement appointment, but I had to call them multiple times for the price over a two and a half weeks timeframe before finally getting the information. I pride myself in being timely in my business dealings and expect the same in return. That is what impressed me the most. Great job Home Depot.

Disappointed on a recent visit that even tho there's a sign at the entrance that shoppers should wear face masks, and there's an employee welcoming them in, there were numerous people without masks in the store. Another employee was seen with a mask over the mouth but not the nose, which makes it only half effective. May as well take the signs down if you're not going to enforce it.

Great Store! A little smaller than many Home Depot's, so it seems a little crowded in places. The staff is constantly putting new stuff out, so every visit is a new experience. The knowledge level is higher at this store than almost every home center than I have been to, but it seems spotty...sometimes there are staff that know EVERYTHING, other times not so much. However, I have found that if an associate does not have the answer, there is usually someone available who does have the answer. I think there are a few reasons why this is such a good store...(1) Almost everyone seems happy to be there, (2) They seem to actually like each other, and (3) They appear to be really working together. A lot of home centers have the "not my department" disease, Topsham Home Depot does not.

Mike at the service desk is fantastic, and goes above and beyond for customers. Great experience at this store.
