This is the go to store for us. Always find what we are looking for and employees are always there to help

Its the only one for thirty miles ! If you want to have a contractor contact you for a project at your home ! For get about it!! IF you know what you want ! Twice I have inquired about having metal roofing installed on my house, garage, & two barns.. Both times I get some know it all!! . that tells me the metal roofing I want is no good. & they will have to completely remove my present roofs including the plywood ! Note I said metal roof when I inquired at the store !! My house is only 18 years old & no leaks ! I ended up telling them hit the road !

Asst manager Wayne and Dept. Head Chris helped me with a xmas crisis. They saved the christmas I was trying to do for my husband. Amanda and Deborah at the service desk helped me finish the transaction and were very nice and helpful.

Key maker is a jerk and too incompetent to correctly even make a key. He totally ripped me off, and had the personality of an angry warthog. Bad place to go.

Convenient area with lots of parking. Love this home depot.

Great experience buying appliances here. (Whoever says that?) Vikki was excellent and very helpful fulfilling our special requests and answering all of our questions!

The aisles are cluttered and obstruct one's ability to move material carts to the front registers. The majority of the floor clerks avoided making eye contact and did not ask if they could help. One clerk started the process of helping me and abandoned me after lowering a heavy box from overhead. The item in the box was damaged. When one clerk finally "rescued me", I had spent an hour looking for carts, looking for a lift operator that could move the box and located for myself the three boxes that made up the tub/shower kit. The clerk "Bill" was extremely helpful and patient at finding another part to the kit to make it work. He handled my frustration very well. I am not sure I would return.

My experience with designing and buying a new kitchen was very comfortable. Ellen Lane the kitchen designer was the best advisor with knowledge of products, options for layout, cabinets, flooring and color. She truly listens and supports customer vision and offers great advice at the right times. Installation went well and the final results super nice. I highly recommend.

I’m a single homeowner who had a plumbing leak. Jon from the pro desk was so helpful. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He made my repair simple and I’m sure saved me at least $100 because I didn’t have to call a plumber. Thanks Jon!!

Contracted with HD to have doors measured. Waited 3 weeks for their arrival. Contractor a no-show. I must admit store representative Allison displayed great customer service attempting to salvage the situation. However, we opted to take our business elsewhere Another disappointing Topsham Home Depot experience.

If you are in need of windows - find Ronn at the Topsham, Maine store and you will be more than pleased! He went above and beyond customer care! I was confused about a few issues concerning the windows and Ronn was there to help. He made suggestions and he saved me money with a "bulk order." I had such a great experience it was worth putting in print – now - I wait for the windows to arrive!

There is An Employee there named Joe who is the rudest person I've ever encountered working at a customer service counter in any store EVER

Mark Tenney was so helpful to my husband and myself today, 10/09/18 We was able to negotiate the computer inventory even tho the readout kept saying, not available, not of stock, etc. I really had my heart set on this certain DreamLine shower for our bathroom remodel and he was able to find one for us, and it will be delivered to our home when it arrives.

If you are a professional contractor, or even a weekend builder or construction novice, the staff at this store are extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Bill at the Pro desk is definite asset to anyone involved in the building trades.

Very few of the employees are knowledgeable in the product in the department they are assigned to. It takes quite a while to find a knowledgeable employee.

Sells most things I need for tools and building supplies. Easy to locate things and prices are fair. I get help to load my minivan everytime. Workers are pleasant to deal with.
