Very clean, well organized store. The employees are very knowledgeable and if they can not help me with what I am looking for they will find someone in the correct department that will help me. I all so like the fact that they do not rearrange the store. I know exactly where to find most items I am looking for. This makes my shopping easier and faster.

If you need a new appliance, seek out Vikki to help you. She is simply outstanding.

We deal with the Pro Desk in Topsham, ME all the time and we deal with Sherri & Holly there at the Pro Desk. They are the best of the best! They bend over backwards for you. They are friendly and focused on pleasing the customer in any way possible. You should absolutely thank them for being part of your team at the Topsham store. We would not want to deal with any other people other than them (Sherri & Holly). They know what they are doing and help us in any way possible!

My daughter has wanted to renovate the kitchen and living room area, make it "more modern." I don't have much creativity with this kind of endeavor. We walked in to Home Depot and all I could think about was time and cost....until my daughter's enthusiasm was greeted with equal enthusiasm by the employee we met. The employee was able to see my daughter's vision and help me see it! So, I decided that we would mive forward with gusto and do this renovation!

I appreciate the quality and selection of plants and shrubs that are offered in the spring/summer! We have been very satisfied with the John Deere tractor that was purchased from this store and also the Dewalt generator. Your sales are always appreciated.

This time around was really really good I found everything I needed plus more and I got help lifting a toilet into the back of my truck I am very impressed

The service here in three different departments, all on the same day was fabulous!! Gary (in hardware?), JR in electric, and Ellen in kitchen remodeling all really know their products, are good, creative, problem solvers.

Using the app to find where things are is very helpful. Do not call to place an order unless you have 45 min to an hour to wait. Online orderings is good if all you need is in stock with extras. If you are down to the last one you have to call and that takes a while to get through.

10/27/2019 An associate offered assistance and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I was looking for solar motion sensor lights and this young lady was able to show me where the product was and answer my questions. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. The store was clean and very organized. Overall a great shopping experience.

I am so happy with the assistance and pleasant attitudes of the store employees, etc., at "The Home Depot." During my current visit, the employee, who assisted me, went far above the usual help. He not only helped me to find my needed items, but he also spend the time to answer my questons about my possibility of purchasing items in the future.

We had looked online for refrigerators and had settled on 2 different models that fit our needs but found out that neither were on display at the other big box store in the area. A purchase of that magnitude can't be made by looking at pictures which is why we came to this store as they had the models we were interested in on display. While the one we chose wasn't in stock and will be delivered to us, we could at least actually examine the one we wanted. The kitchen, bath and major appliance sections are extremely well organized. The sales associate who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We left feeling we had made the right decision to shop at this store.

This is the best retail store I have ever been to! The store is always clean and stocked. The store employees from the manager down are all exceptional! They are always friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help!

I particularly wanted to call your attention to two associates at # 2410 that were a lot of help - no kidding. Paul and Rick. I think the date was 6/26 and the time was ~ 11 AM.

These guys and girls know what there doing,how there doing it and always make my visits a pleasant one even when I don't need any assistance

Store 9 times out of 10 has what I looking for and the employees always direct me to the correct aisle when I’m not sure where to find it.

The staff at this store are very knowledgable and helpful. John came to my house to help me with my lawnmower.

People are friendly. You can bring a dog inside. There are people to assist and clearly labeled signs in each aisle.

Great store! A little smaller than other Home Depot's I have been in, but it is laid out well. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable...Some more so than others. Nice thing though, is if a staff person does not know something, they find someone who does know.

The Topsham Home Fepot is a great place to shop. The employees are bery helpful and go out of their way to assist you in any and all ways possible

Keep up the good work! Seems like everyone has a good attitude most all the time! On my recent visits, Ronn, Bill and Brittany treated me like family! Also, they took the time to help me with complicated door orders and never did they seem like they would rather be doing something else! Ronn helped me with my business credit application and Bill was able to get me great pricing even though the "sale" ended 12 hours before!

Can never find anyone to help, you end up walking around the store trying to find what you are looking for and don't even think about asking someone for help. You'll either get, oh thats not my department, lets call someone, the person who works this department is on break. That goodness for you tube, most home depot employees do not have the slightest bit of technical skills to guide you through home improvement projects.
