I was looking for a plant for my girlfriend whose dad passed. They were attentive and caring!

We needed a specific size blinds. There were none on the floor. Emily looked thru the hundreds of boxes way up above and found what we needed. She could have easily said they were out of stock. Instead, she made sure we got exactly what we needed. That commitment to customer service has earned our loyalty to Home Depot in Torrance.

Best helpful and courteous employees, they know how to keep customers come back. I pass by another competitor before coming here but I never think to stop by and I always love to give my business to this store who respects and appreciate customers.

Antonio and Tangie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. I could not believe their level of customer service. Not only did they help me with a few challenges throughout my numerous visits to Home Depot during my remodel, but they took such ownership of one particular challenge and actually followed up with me a few times until it was completely resolved. Both of them (but especially Antonio) are huge assets to your team and I will seek them out any time I need help at Home Depot in the future.

I was a able to find my items with easy and credit card sign up process was great. Ruth helped me sign up for the credit card and also was our cashier for our items.

What a good experience checking out last night She was friendly smiled big and offered me help and a savings I felt happy leaving that store and not rushed out or pressured to figure it out myself! Thank you!

Ricky and was extremely helpful and went out of his way to search down a tool for me when it wasn’t in the section it showed online. He didn’t even work in that department but stayed with me, found the tool and then tracked down a manager to unlock the security devise. The cashier was also very helpful.

Great services , nice helper

I purchased a Traeger smoker and when I got it home and started the assembly it was clear the unit had been damaged during transit. This is a LARGE smoker and the parts were now laid out in the yard for assembly. I went back to the store and found the same sales person (Fernando) who had been VERY helpful with the initial purchase and he saw the photos of the damaged smoker and jumped into action and wen straight to the manager and explained my situation (needed the smoker ASAP for guests the next day). They said they would deliver an assembled unit and pick up the damaged one within the hour!!! They also threw in some extra grill goodies, pellets, thermometer, pellet case, etc... for the trouble. Well sure enough in less than an hour a truck pulled up and had a brand new assembled unit delivered and then picked up the damaged one! AMAZING customer service. This is my store for life!!!

I got instant help from David in tools and hardware and the cashier- Alyssa helped me fast. Further, they both saved me money.

Curtis, plain and simple, needs a raise. He exemplifies exactly how customer services should be done within the retail industry

I would love to go to this Home Depot pluming Dept. there is gentleman name Paul, He is amazing, knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile.

Michelle in customer service was completely unhelpful, and unhygienic. Her attitude was surly and put-upon. She has cost this store thousands of dollars in sales.

Wow! That’s the first word that comes out of my mouth. Home Depot has come a LONG way and it’s very impressive. Back in the day, I was afraid to go into Home Depot as I could never find anyone to assist me. I’d have to guess my way through and sometimes just walk out. Now it’s the opposite, which is great! There are greeters, friendly cashiers and easy returns if/when needed. Perhaps it’s new management. Whatever it is, it’s definitely working and will certainly come back! I no longer have to go to the other stores and use their special charge cards. Thanks for the new and improved Home Depot!

The lady in Times Blanca didn't bother to spend 2 min with us and gave us wrong times, 9 boxes they were heavy, when I came to return manager Mario said "He will talk to her, no apology, no inconvenience off", worse experience, but at the end in cashier section took extra 10 min at the counter , thanks to "Norma Grace" she came in, helped and made this experience somewhat better, otherwise this was going to be a really bad review, we are customer, we spend money, we deserve help, you guys should Thank and promote Norma instead of Mario for 3 stars , otherwise I was going to write a really bad review on Google , and every platform, we had so much inconvenience because of Blanca and Mario manager at the return.

I would be lost without Home Depot, where I am happy to visit and make various purchases 3-4 days per week, ranging from large appliances, paint, lumber, hardware and plumbing.

Plumbing employee was super helpful and friendly, cashiers are very nice and friendly and FAST!

Three days I purchased a wet vacuum and I request to apply a discount coupon yet the cashier supervisor refused, today I want with intend to return it and apply for the same item with the discount, but the sales person “DWZYYL1” look at all the receipt and the coupon condition then consultant his manger who she showed great understanding then I was refunded for the discount amount That’s I called it “ team that you proud and depend on to to do great business “ I left after getting more product with total value of $350 Thanks for home depot for hiring such great open minded staff

Satisfied with my store experience

I came in at 9 pm on a Wednesday. So it was getting late. I asked for help finding an item. The manager could have told me where to go but instead, he walked me to the item and called for assistance for me. Tony came promptly. He was quick, courteous, professional, & tidy. Tony even walked me to the cashier and told her the item, quantity, and unit cost. We were done in 5 minutes! This is the place to shop!
