I needed help selecting a shower system for my bathroom remodel and was assisted by the best person possible, Faby Mireles Assistant Manager. Go Faby you were great thanks

I ordered $630 worth of stuff to be picked up in store. The manager Cisco was about as worthless and rude as you could possibly get. The cashier was equally as awful. My wallet was stolen recently, and I did not have a form of ID which doesn't actually say you need to have an email correspondence that was sent to let me know my order was ready for pick up. Nonetheless, I provided them a picture of my ID on my phone, and also logged into the app on my phone so they could see that yes, indeed this is me. Before I knew it, they canceled my order and refused to refund me the $55 Home Depot protection plan I think I said numerous times it is clear that you guys do not care about getting business you have chased away a customer of 30+ years, who regularly orders product from your store for my construction company. I am absolutely disgusted with the way that the workers at the Torrance store behaved.

The Super Strut selection in the electrical department is excellent. Many stores have discontinued or scaled back on inventory. I'm grateful that Home Depot has actually expanded the product offerings for Super Strut.

Look for LIZ if you ever need any type of help she’s was amazing!

Service provided was exceptional as well as professional. Will return to see both of these employees again.

Loved the store great team and managers

Upon going to the check out line, I was immediately greeted by a smiling face and an extremely courteous and polite young lady named Alla. Nice to see someone that actually cares about their job and positive customer service. She was great.

I Went to find some missing screws for my bed frame and was surprised to see everything in the right boxes and organized. Great customer service as well.

Came in for only a couple of things and Matthew the Supervisor in Millwork was extremely helpful locating my products. I was greeted by multiple employees, which was great, but Matthew went above and beyond to make this shopping experience very efficient and he made sure I had everything I needed to keep me from making multiple trips. Great customer service!

I’m finishing a flip to my house of 4 bedrooms and had several items to returns that did not appear on Home Depot Pro ID. To make matter more complicated, I also recently had a new debit card issued last month and my returns were not populating. Fortunately, Carolina in returns (Torrance, Ca) was extremely patient and helpful. She went out of her way to help and and with the assistance of her manager, was able to FULLY help me with all of my returns. I am extremely grateful to service that I received today and another reason why Home Depot is my store for all tools and materials when it comes to home improvement and repairs.

I live 5 mins from the Hawthorne location, I had a terrible experience there with the store manager and decided to take my business to this Torrance location. I met with the manager, Faby and she was very helpful and understanding. I will now bring my business here, even though its out of the way.

I came in not knowing where to find what I needed. But it’s easy because one of the employee point where to find it. It didn’t take long inside the store and checking out is great with the help KRISTI the cashier. Great company,good location, clean, sufficient parking.

I had to go to navigate the store and the merchandise by my self which made my checkout longer than it would have been if someone had been available to help me out on the front end. HIRE MORE PEOPLE.

I just bought a Traeger smoker grill and Fernando Casas helped me with how to use and operate it. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. It made my experience fantastic. He's the best.

Home Depot has improved in it's service to customers over the last few years! The service from the employees in the flooring and blind department is unmatched!

Productive and timeless visit

As I roamed through the aisles of Home Depot wondering what and how I would repair my parent's roof. Racoons clawed at the roof creating a hole. A staff member must of seen my discouraged face and asked how he could help me. In the conversation, he showed me what materials I need and also went as far as to share a YouTube video with me to help guide me through the roof repair. I am so grateful for the gentleman who went above and beyond to help me.

Home Depot stood behind their products. Return was seamless.
