First time making a purchase as a pro member was super excited to use the delivery option home depot provides. Ordered and paid for the necessary material to get delivered, even paid for the extra charge to get material delivered at a certain time frame. Awesome right? Well let me fast forward to day before delivery. Delivery was scheduled for 3/17 I got a call at 5:45pm on 3/16 telling me the following " this is home depot we are calling to let you know that there was a issue with your order our associates typed in the wrong information for your pallets so next delivery date is 3-22-21". Thank god for associate Talia that was kind enough to help me try to find material. But overall they basically said we screwed up your order and wont give it to you until next week good luck. My project was behind a couple days because I had to pick up all the material myself knowing that I paid 5 days before for delivery but surely nothing was delivered.

Had everything I needed and customer service is great. Thank you cashier Ashley!

Sales agents Darold Banzhaf, Lilly and Kerry treated me with excellent service, professionalism, kindness and patience. Significant assistance and guidance were provided on the purchase/installation of the refrigerator purchased. Philip from the Pro Referral group also gave excellent service on his home visit to determine the possibility of removing/disposing the existing built-in refrigerator.

Cashier named Ashley was friendly,and nice , fast-paced and great bilingual skills!

Store is neat and orderly, employees are friendly and helpful. Equally important, the store associates are available to assist when needed. Nice place to shop.

Torrey Chase is my go to Home Depot. We buy flowers for our garden there as well as all of our Christmas Decor. Replaced all of our doors with new doors and added storm doors. Oh, we bought all of our paint from Home Depot and so much more. Its a one stop shop that have all of needs! Just wish they sold groceries. Lol

Only store with Owens Corning and due to it being close to my house it make it really easy to stockpile and if any issues I can get it send to lake Charles store due to not having a goose neck yet but I’ll will soon.

Although the store is small compared to others, the associates are very friendly and help finding items not only in their store but in other Home Depot stores if needed

The store is a little out of the way, but they had some items I could not find at my regular Home Depot. After a small search, I located my items and was on my way. Friendly people through out the store.

Lovely greeter at front door entry and easily identified associates with orange aprons available to assist with questions.

My cashier was Lakisha at 4159 FM 1960 WEST She was good. She should be commended for her work. I wanted a set of countersink drill bits, but found very few. Store was clean. LAKISHA was a good cashier.

This location is my community location sometime I go to other locations to window shop or buy things and they are not even close to the niceness the cleanliness and the helpfulness I get from my location which is the Torrey Chase #6828 location

Breand & LaKisha was very pleasant employees. They took the time to help & assist me getting keys made. I had asked four other employees which seemed to brush me off but these two ladies help me upon my first request of assistance.

I have shopped here on several occasions because it is close to a house that I am working on. Has to be the WORST Home Depot around. Has been out of Glidden gel trim paint in White for close to a year now. Do not go by the stock that they show online! Flooring install kit deluxe, only 1 that's missing half of the ingredients. Nearly every visit here has been with being unable to purchase everything that I need. Today I had to deal with an extremely RUDE employee in the paint department. Lost customer here!

Great store. We try to use the Torrey Chase Home Depot as often as we can. The employees are great and helpful.

The manager and cashiers are always so nice!
