Friendly staff especially the cashiers always interactive with me and makes me feel welcomed

Tyler in plumbing was very helpful. Rachel at the checkout was amazing. Best service I have received at a Home Depot.

They had exactly what I needed at a competitive price. The store associate LaKisha also made it a worthwhile shopping experience. She was so knowledgeable and funny! The storage totes and the shelves were perfect for the project I was working on.

Tyler knew exactly where I could find my items. I asked for zip ties (aisle 6), flashlight (aisle 10) and garage door lubricant (automotive) which he had to look up and tell me. I even showed him what I picked up and he told me I got the wrong one and helped me get the right one. I witnessed the acting store manager, Andre, handle a very irate customer who was yelling and cussing at him with grace and patience for nearly 10 minutes. From what I understand that customer was a repeat "offender".

I like the smaller size of this store and it is very convenient to get to from my home. They have always had the product I need in stock for pick up or directly shopping in store. The store clerks are friendly and helpful at this location.

This store always have the products that zi need without having to order or go to another store or a competitor I've been coming to this store for well over 20 yrs

Worst customer service ever... Mrs. Nora the manager lacks customer service skills and would benefit from customer service training.

The worst experience ever , Could not find an associate to help they aren’t ,knowledgeable about their own departments ,Sad ! Poor customer service.

In general, this is a decent Home Depot with reasonable inventory and friendly staff. I have shopped here for nearly ten years, primarily because of its proximity to my home. One thing that has attracted me was that Home Depot gives military veterans a 10% discount on purchases...or at least HD used to do that. It seems a new policy has come into effect that if the item is "sale priced" there is no discount, but I have recently purchased wood fencing and concrete mix that had been the same price for months before my purchase. Still, no discount because they were "sale items." I have purchased laminate flooring, carpeting, appliances, building material, tools, etc. and always gotten the vet discount. But no more, apparently. Veterans, beware...or at least check before buying.

The stores employees have no desire to find items that show in stock online, if there is a computer error at this store why would I travel to another store for them to tell me an item is not in stock.

The Customer Service Desk and the Floor Employees are very Professional, Friendly and Helpful whenever I need assistance. Signs are visible to locate specific items I'm looking for. Store is neat and clean all the times I went to the store.

The customer service from the empolyees is bad and they only have one associate in the department to help. The store is always busy so you need more than one person who can assist customers. High disappointed.
