I have recently bought outside patio cushions and composite edging and ryobi spools for my weed wacker and a wheel barrel. Prices are always good and I can always find what I need when I need it.

don’t do businesses with home depot

Izet was a very pleasant associate to work with. Everyone in Home Depot Utica that I’ve encountered has been very nice, kind and friendly. Iset, is exceptional, he’s polite and very helpful.

Will never shop here again. Overcharged, damaged product and unavailable products for an advertised sale…and service unable to help or offer viable solutions.

Every single person I ran into whether I needed help or not was so friendly. They all seemed to be very approachable and that meant alot to me considering I'm female and don't know where to find things most of the time there.

Always feel comfortable asking for help here. Clean and neat store. Everyone is really responsive.

Everyone was helpful and courteous. The paint clerk was extremely helpful and Virginia at the checkout was Awesome!

I bought many items at Home Depot today, the staff was very helpful. They did bring to my attention that Home Depot does have a rewards program, I was unaware. I’m not sure what the rewards actually are but thought others might like to know.

Sales associate sitting by pro desk gave us an annoyed look for going threw him vs self check out. Then became increasingly annoyed, contemptuous, and disdainful when friend asked about using his military discount. Then proceeded to sneer and treat friend like an idiot when he asked about the free soda for spending over $100. Assosiate then walked away after cash out without answering questions. Unacceptably unprofessional with zero courtesy. Worst experience at New Hartford in the 12 years I've shopped there.

Store definitely has it all. Friendly staff more than willing to help. And if they weren't able to help us, they found somebody that could. I appreciate that.

Trash store I got the run around the whole store. Nobody wanted to help. They did not want to look into the computer so I can pay for my window that I already got installed. All I needed was going to look at on the computer and charge me for the rest of it. Only one person help when I was leaving the store. I don’t know if she was a manager. Her name starts with a she deserves a raise. Big time no questions asked

Stopped in today for a few things. A very friendly (and beautiful) employee pointed me in the right direction and also made sure i received assistance promptly when checking out.

Some are very friendly others just walk by and don’t want to be bothered to acknowledge a customer.

The app/website made it easy for me to be in and out. This store's inventory system is always up to date and it makes it easy to locate what I need before I even arrive.

Devon and Karissa were very helpful from selection to purchase to loading my vehicle. Didn't have to wait around for anyone to help with anything. Saved a ton of time.. Thanks

Had a great experience buying lumber. Fantastic knowledgeable employee named “Q” went out of his way to help me. Cut my boards for me and was very professional and kind. Great experience. The guy is an asset to your company.

The staff at Home Depot were friendly, inviting, knowledgeable and took pride in their job. As I walked around the store they asked if I needed an assistant and did help me a lot. They were smiling and in good spirits throughout the store. Keep up the good work! The store was also clean :)

We came in to buy a kit to replace my shower faucet. The selection had what we needed. The associate was there to answer questions.
