Great experience, great values and employees!

Smerlyn Lopez is awesome!! Had a frustrating issue with online order and pick-up but Mr. Lopez was on top of it. Store was very busy, but Mr. Lopez was attentive to my issue at all times even while dealing with other calls. Resolved it without a hiccup. Customer service is everything, so Mr. Lopez deserves a raise!

The service is always good and the advice is always useful. When I bought 12 privacy bushes for my yard four of them died within the year despite my best efforts. I not only got my money back for the dead bushes , but I was given an extra $25 dollars to install new bushes. While it was still an aggravating situation, I appreciated the extra installation money. However, I would like to suggest that the store get a new vendor. It seems to me that if eight can survive, the other four should have as well. Another vendor problem this year has been with the petunias. I bought two hanging baskets a short time ago. This week I had to throw them out since the leaves kept turning yellow and new flowers were not coming out. In the past, I have bought Depot's petunias and they have done very, very well. So I was disappointed this year. I bought petunias from another seller in town and they have done well.

the store is good but you need more personal that know the products and their purpose. If i go to a store to ask a question i don't need some one to tell me the wrong info of send me on a wild goose chase.

I I almost always go to Depot because it has almost everything I need. I find many things with the help of the associates. The associates are always helpful and kind. I repeat..please take the displays out of the aisles as they often hide the shelves and they get in the way when trying to pass with a cart, especially when there are other people in the aisle.

No help showed up to load our trailer with lumber and wire . We waited 30 min in the parking lot and finely loaded it ourselves. My husband had an awful time and so did I. They should be ashamed, take care of the sr. Also !!!!

The general inventory and selection is better than other supply stores.

Garden center employees could not be bothered to look for additional garden fencing when shelf was empty. Only when customer service walked back to department and stood there did associate go to back of store and retrieve fencing. Customer service rep A+. Regular garden department employees F-.

The screws which come with everbilt utility hinges are such poor quality that no screwdriver properly fits them and they can not be installed without stripping them.

I was able to get my lawn mower parts quickly ( they were in stock) and cash out quick too.

The store is awesome and very helpful but with the covid19 pandemic going the cashiers needs to sanatize after each customer.

Steve Morreale in the windows and doors department is Fantastic ! He is an Asset ! And Izzy the manager that handles making keys is Great as well !

Whenever I have been there ,if I need help they are very helpful.

over all was satisfied but you need more people to help customers i had a plumbing problem Rick in plumbing dept very helpful and cashier Suzie very nice

We have always enjoyed shopping at this store, employees are always greeting you and offering help, the store is always well stocked and easy to get to !!!

Every associate in the store is very helpful! Courtney st the front registers is an amazing help every time I come and shop she always asks what projects I’m working on. She makes me laugh every time I’m in the store! I love coming there in hopes she’ll be there.

I have had many positive experiences at the store will Associates like Casper. He one evening help me find a ratcheting wrench that they only had one of them stock. I've also had bad experiences with being called a liar by the paint guy because one day I was there and he was nowhere to be found at for customers walked away. I want back later that day to get my paint and he said that he never left the counter.

When we are in town and need to do home improvement projects, this is the store we always go to. Our house is in Frankfort, so this store is about 10 miles away, but we go here because we know there is always an employee available to help when we need it.

Everyone that I asked for help from , went out of their way to help me find what I needed. I’m very thankful for that .

All around great experience. I bought a trailer a few weeks ago, and a dehumidifier this past week, along with little odds and ends in between. I always know I'm coming home with the correct item for the job, and a thorough explanation of how to use the product to get the desired outcome.

From the manager to the cashiers you won’t find a better store locally when it comes to customer service which is that lost art that so many company’s have seemed to forget about. You don’t need to register in advance to receive your military discount just show your Veterans or Military ID and your discount automatically applied at register. The associates are well knowledgeable to assist you and Very willing to help newer DO it yourself handyman or women.
