If all Employee aspired to possess Suzette's Work Ethic, this location would be inundated with GREAT Reviews On Google..... She is AMAZING!!!

Easy to install with a separately purchased ceramic drill bit. Convenient on off switch no long need to find the switch under the sink cabinet. Highly recommend getting one.

I’ve been searching for decent quality garland since last Christmas and just stumbled upon this today at Home Depot. It looks better than I thought it would! It is 9ft long and has lights than can bet set on a 6 hour timer or turned on and off manually. Very happy with this purchase!

For a big corporate entity I find it heartwarming that I can usually go into a Home Depot anywhere, and I've travelled all 48 contiguous States and stopped in Home Depots almost everywhere, and been treated like a local. Employees are friendly, usually very knowledgeable and tenacious in helping you to solve a problem or find something. The stores are huge and everyone should at least once spend some time just walking every aisle in in every department. You'll get a bunch of your steps in for the day and you'll learn that there is an amazing inventory of items at frequently unbeatable prices that you may never have known are readily available. In today's age of instant gratification you can easily look up any item on your cell phone and usually find that Home Depot has the best price, especially if you need it immediately. I also like that if you go to your store's website and search for an item, it will tell you exactly what aisle and bin contains it. Go have some fun just perusing the aisles at Home Depot.

Dotty in Venice, Florida appliances has been assisting me "above & beyond" throughout my total kitchen appliance purchase and deliveries. There have been many snags along the way with out-of-stock items, delivery delays, manufacturer damage and poor installation by a 3rd party vendor (which is in the process of being resolved by Home Depot). Although none of this is Dotty's fault, she has been the bright spot in the entire process, always trying to help, and always with a professional attitude. Home Depot - Dotty is 1 in a million! She is the employee that every manager wishes they had. Hang onto her! Thank you for everything Dotty!

Please keep better employees doing customer service and returns. Almost all of them are unfriendly and do not enjoy their work.

The patio table I wanted was not on the floor. Jay J went to the back, retrieved the table for me, then carted it through checkout and to the front of the store. I drove up and he and I stuffed the table into my vehicle. He was courteous and very helpful. I appreciate it.

Marc Y went above and beyond the “normal” customer experience to help me solve / fix a broken chair, that had been my Great Grandmothers, and is still owned and valued by my 90year old Father. He made both myself, and a very old man, so very happy. No other business I contacted you’re help me. Marc never hesitated and even helped me outside of his regular work hours!!!!

No human checkouts too many self checkouts. We should get A discount for doing a cashiers work shame on you, Home Depot

I like the location of the store. It is very close to my home. Always a good price, and you can check the availability of the necessary product online. The store employees are always happy to help you find the thing you need.

Purchasing the right and best appliance for our needs can be challenging. Dottie was so amazing and knowledgeable sharing tips along the way which made the whole experience interesting and easy. She made us feel that she really cared.

Bev in cleaning supplies was quickly able to locate a product that had been temporarily moved to a new location, saving me a trip back at a later date. The self checkout cashier rang up all my items and offered to bag everything thing up for me. A quick and pleasant trip to purchase items for drudgery!

I’ve shopped at Home Depot stores across the United States and Canada, the store at 2450 Jacaranda Blvd in Venice Florida is by far the BEST Home Depot I’ve ever been to. The employees at this location are top notch people. I’ve shopped there multiple times as a new resident of the area and I can’t express enough how well this location is operated. This is how shopping at a Home Depot is supposed to be!

June & Sharon ran the kids workshop better than some elementary school programs. The proect - tools - materials - environment- instruction - knowledge & kindness were all top notch. There were tons of kids of various ages - lots of parents grandparents & even pets & the workshop was a terrific success! Kept our kids busy while my husband gathered the materials for his proteject!

Was buying lumber and never had more assistance and such an amazing experience in any other business. Never write reviews EVER but had to share this.

Everyone very helpful and knowledgeable!

Had a faulty water heater that needed returning. No problem. Staff knew their job in the plumbing dept, gave good advice, knowledgeable about their products. Even late into the evening, as we had a plumber/ electrician on call. Want expert help, ask for Jimmy V.

I had an issue with ordering something and two employees - Dale and Sue, went above and beyond to make sure it was all correct. I really appreciated their time, assistance and communication.

On 11/25/23 I returned several items to the Jacaranda Blvd, Venice Florida store. The associate, Angie, assisted me and was WONDERFUL! She was pleasant, patient and found my sales slip dated 2.5 months earlier. I hope she is recognized for her fine demeanor, she is an asset to your company.
