Barbara came and helped us enter our items into the self check out and was very professional yet seeet.

We just purchased our LifeProof flooring: wow that was stressful! However, Cathy and Mike did a GREAT job relieving our stress and walking us through the process! They were knowledgeable, patient, and over the top helpful! Looking forward to having flooring again! One frustration is that the flooring shown on the display was not available for pick-up without special order and thus we couldn't use our Veterans discount.

Im always amazed at how helpful everyone is in this store. My goto for all home improvement needs.

Went to our local Home Depot for a huge plumbing project. They had every item I needed from the PVC fitting to the pump and pressure tank. The cashier Susette was most helpful and explained the advantage of having a HD card, So I signed up! I'll Be back!

Loved working with Dottie in the appliance area. She was so helpful and attentive to our needs. She took about 2 hours with us in our quest for a new refrigerator. Her patience and knowledge helped us pick out a great one. She knew all the pros and cons of the various models. She is an asset to the Home Depot!

I went to make a payment on my Home Depot card and left a Home Depot card at home customer service employee name Barbie was more than willing to help me make my payment without the card after I made my payment, I went to check out some stuff that I purchased and had trouble using my Home Depot gift card, another employee by the name of Susette was happy to help me check out thank you to the staff at Home Depot in Venice Florida. Keep up the good work guys and girls.

Went in looking for a specific kind of lumbar, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful! Our cashier Karan was polite, energetic, and an overall sweetheart!

We are relatively new to the area and now are trying to get our lawn/outside area into shape. I have purchased many (perhaps too many) bags of mulch and stones for this project. The Home Depot folks are friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Kudos.

Great Customer Service! We had a complicated situation with our new floor that we had ordered from Home Depot online. In order to get the installation scheduled we needed to make sure everything was in order. They were very helpful at the Venice Home Depot store. Especially Sue!

We bought a washer and dryer today and were assisted by Dottie. She was amazing! She educated us on the product, delivery, and store/state discount incentives. It was a great experience!

Most of the time we feel like the employees are running away from you, but today everyone was very helpful and it was a very enjoyable shopping trip

I had a excellent experience in having advice and then paint matched to the sample I supplied.

Went is around 7am to beat the crowd. Parking was fine. Every employee said good morning to me. Guy in the electric isle really knew his stuff! Good to know HD hires experienced people. Self-checkout was a breeze.

My daughter & I went to the Venice Home Depot for several items that we needed. The employees that we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. Check out was easy and we used an employee to do the actual checkout. I never use self-service checkout in any store.

From start to finish, everything was handled with competence and courtesy.

I am in this store a couple times per week. the store is handy and always has what i need. The employees are there to help me load water heaters, which I appreciate.

You better know your stuff, customer service argues with me the item was not from there, I wLk to shelf and bring one to show that yes it is. Even like that she had attitude. And on the floor, only helping soul was Paul from doors, all others answer “I DO NOT KNOW THAT OR WHERE IT IS”, Not even a attempt to try

The employes are very friendly & helpful in finding what you need for your job you will be doing.

Employees in each department helped me with questions and locating items in plumbing, lawn equipment, and blinds.
