Anytime I go into this store all the employees are so helpful and kind! I love this store cause I ALWAYS find what I need and if I can’t find it someone is ALWAYS there to help me find it! The store manager Maurice has proven to be a huge asset to the store when it comes to helping their customers like me! Also Mickey is also an amazing person who takes great pride in helping customers! I won’t go to any other home improvement store cause no one offers customer service like the Vernon Hills store! Thank you to everyone at that store!

Rating 1 star as I must select that at minimum to rate. Horrible customer service. Waited over 30 minutes in aisle and as flooring desk with no help. Went to customer service to request someone be called to the aisle and after another 15 minutes no one showed. Many open partial boxes of tile on shelves. Disorganized and The store will not sell those partial boxes note remove from the shelves to clean up.

You must make an appointment with Jeff Brainerd!!! He was amazing and so very knowledgeable about designing a plan, for the addition of cabinets, for the small space that we had to work with. He was patient in reconfiguring the look - it took hours. He went above and beyond by staying after his scheduled work day. I will add photos when the project is complete. I would highly recommend Jeff Brainerd at the Vernon Hills store.

Bill is very knowledgeable and caring for the customers. When I explained my project to Bill he patiently listened and gave me very valuable suggestions. This made my work very easy

I was there today ordering my bathroom vanity for custom. Jeff was helping me everything what I need to be. Also he give to me about ideas for new vanity order. Because I have big master bathroom I do not have an any idea what do I have to do so. I saved lots of time to shopping

Great store, sometimes employees are stretched thin but over all they try hard to please. Everyone in at Vernon Hill Depot is friendly and engaging.

Variety and quality of tools and materials is very good. Pricing is very competitive. Good return policies, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

A cahier in the garden center went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Good customer service, to me, is the most important. There are other Home Depot locations and other "big box" hardware stores to shop, but I will always travel to the one I feel cares about their customers most.

The long time staff of this store are a great group of people and the Assistant Manager, Maurice is terrific. I have been a customer of this store since 2004 and won't bother tripping over dimes to save pennies going elsewhere.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Love the option for curbside pickup because I can order online and just drive to the store once my order is ready which is great for anyone that has kids or is always on the go.
