I LIKE TO TELL ANDRE THAT SHE REALLY HELP ME ON SATURDAY, I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BEFORE ANDRE'D HELP, I HAD MULTIPLE RETURN AND CRISSY ONE OF THE CASHIERS AT THE RETURN DESK WAS EXTREMELY RUDE SHE JUST DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO SCAN MY RECEIVED AND SIMPLE TOLD ME TO GET A CART AND MOVE OUT OF THE LINE. I HOPE THAT YOU HAVE MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE ANDRE WHO CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER.

Barbara and the team at Vero Beach Home Depot are the best! Always friendly, no matter who takes care of me, especially with returns. No one wants to return items, but I've always been treated kindly and respectfully, even when I have several items on different receipts, or no receipt. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

Employee order the carpet I picked out in the wrong color. The color is the complete opposite of what I picked out. I’m very unhappy, it’s there mistake and should be able to fix their mistake. They didn’t take accountability for their mistake and I’m stuck with a color that I didn’t pick out. I’m very unhappy with the Vero Beach location. I dislike the color that was chosen. I’m not happy at all.

We bought two expensive tools, a mini apt sized refrigerator, and some weed killer. We asked employees for help and all responded immediately. Our shopping experience was actually enjoyable and our cashier made our day by giving us a military discount!

Never been to a store where everyone is in such a good mood! Manny went above and beyond to help us pick a product that we had no idea how to choose, return team was great with a little problem we had and all of the staff were attentive and really nice!

I mostly shop at the Sebastian. where I live or the Vero Beach store, where I work. Both stores have lots of knowledgeable people ready and willing to help the average homeowner looking to fix or build something.

Cashier ANDREA superb service

I NEEDED TO ORDER A COMPLETE KITCHEN WITH CABINETS AND APPLIANCES AND THER STAFF WAS 1ST RATE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!

First time I have ever had an employee approach me and ask if he could me find something I was clearly looking for without success.Henry was personable and pleasant and so helpful..saved me time from searching the store for an employee which is what I usually have to do to get any help..

Store and staff are great. Parking lot in front of Garden Shop sorely needs to be resurfaced. Carriages and carts need to refitted with off road wheels if you can’t smooth out the surface,

Weekend morning garden center cashier needs some training on how to properly conduct cashier services. When in doubt call a manager. Extremely dissatisfied customer.

The store has always been a pleasure for shopping. I have lived here for 22 years and Hope Depot is my first "go to" store for house and garden products. This is my first trip for kitchen cabinets and I am extremely pleased with the quality and selection.
