Store is located in an easy to get to location. The employees are always ready and eager to help me whatever my need may be... I definitly give this store a Five Star rating..

We often visit our son who lives in Vero. He recommends this store highly, he is an electrician and always finds what he needs in HOME DEPOT. We are familiar with lowes in Ohio, but have to admit, when we went into lowes we did not find what we needed and so went into HOME DEPOT and there it was. our Son hit this nail right on the head, from now on it's HOME DEPOT for us. The staff in the store was very helpful, they didn't make us feel as if we where a bother to them at all. We appreciate Vero Beach HOME DEPOT, and thank them for their service. When we got to the items we needed all of them where clearly placed on the shelves, this was a beautiful thing. Thank you.

The Home Depot in Vero Beach provided excellent service in the paint department. Store employees in several sections were extremely helpful and friendly. Assistance was efficient and pleasurable. If the employee could not answer my questions, they quickly found someone who could. Highly recommend!

Nancy in Plumbing helped me fix 2 toilets! She explained that I needed toilet wax for the first toilet, and possible other repairs. Then, two days later she helped me with the second toilet, which needed a repair flange, and screws drilled into concrete. All of this was very involved, and I had never done it before. I ended up fixing both toilets. I must stress that I never would have been able to do this without her help. Nancy was extremely helpful and should get a raise and a promotion!

You can always get outstanding service at the pro desk they all work great together to make coustermers happy al manger is alway walking in the store to help he has help me load hot water heater lumber and many other things he is a great asset to Home Depot he is ther for the coustermers always and always chirs is in loading to help he knows how to take care of the coustermers

This is the only Home Depot store to go to in ver beach you always can get help and when you buy lots of things you can always count on chirs to help you load al the manger is on his game he is always walking around and ask if you need help I have watched him load things for costumes great service and friendly employees

this is a gook location - only negative is that sometime the employees don't even acknowledge you, even if they walk right past. a "hello, please let me know if i can help you"

Had a bad experience with a non-service dog frightening my autistic son. The store should have a better policy for allowing dogs into the store. Dogs should not be able to be separated from their owners at any time. One of the managers told me they have dog issues often.

This store has improved over the last year. There are now greeters to orient the customer to find what they are looking for. Employees are now friendlier and greet customers. Employees are pro-active to help the customer find the product/s to purchase and aid in orienting the employee through the digital cash register. It is becoming an enjoyable process to shop at Home Depot.

I went to the paint counter , late 830 pm. the counter person, took the time to help me pick 2 paint colors, the right paint, bonding agent for the pool deck. the right paint for the bathroom. supplies. he was very courteous ,helpful and i was done in about 15-20 min. the color was perfect. the cashier Vivian , was also very helpful, i was handicapped, and the both helped me and i want to thank them.

I appreciated the employee in the Hardware dept. asking what my project was, analyzing what I needed and offering a suggested tool.

Great help from Kelly on a clothes dryer. Prompt assistance. She helped us find the dryer needed. Store was orderly and all employees helpful.

When I need information on projects,this is where I come first.All employees are always helpful.The restrooms were clean,aisles unblocked,enough products on the shelves.

I'm a handyman and shop @ Home Depot often. There are times that I need to stop working on a project, and go to Home Depot for a part or materials, so finding what I need in a hurry is very important to me.
