Customer service in returns does not exsist... very poor...the customer is always wrong. They need better help.

Great store and shopping experience even these days.

I am pleased with the performance of this store, sometimes it is difficult to find someone to help me but it is rare. In general it is a pleasant place to visit and always treated professionally.

Whenever I do need assistance there always quick to help me I always seem to find what I need more than satisfied with this location cost is effective employees a very nice cashier so nice again very satisfied thank you yours truly TT

I just love the Home Depot stores in Vero and Sebastian Florida. How do they get these great employees? I feel like each time I enter I am treated as the most important person for that moment. Whether it is Laura or Tom or Steven or Helen in Sebastian or Leo or Bill or Chris in Vero. You can bet you will get the best service and never ignored as if you have an ignorant question. I look forward to knowing that I will always get exceptional service no matter what store I go into. The managers always pick the best people and this is something that guarantees that I will always return knowing that the service will be exceptional!

The check-out clerk was kind and sufficiently sympathetic about the bad experience I had with "John" in the garden/weed/pest department. John needs a major attitude adjustment. Either that, or he just doesn't like people of color. :/

The Home Depot in Vero Beach Florida provides a very favorable shopping experience. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I love the clean atmosphere and their products are always in stock. If there is something you need and they do not carry it they will direct you to someone who does carry it. TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL!!!!!

You can always get outstanding service from the pro desk and chirs is always ther to help you load your stuff

There are 3 HD's within easy driving distance of my residence. During these tough times, it is incumbent for those stores allowed to do business. so do in a friendly, businesslike, and courteous manner. This requires management and employees to ratchet up their skills. This particular store fails miserably. No one knows where anything is and trying to checkout without getting into a fist fight is a challenge. Parking is adequate and they are reasonably well stocked. Some good sale items in large appliances (if you're lucky enough to find a sales person) We were. Here's my rating of the 3 stores; 1. Port St. Lucie 2. Ft. Pierce (Okeechobee rd) 3. Vero Beach

Such a great store. Al ,John, Marcus,Chris,Kelly,Tom,Cindy Howard,Ivy, Joe,,,,everyone I have met there is just the best, friendly and nice, its like my home away from home. Home Depot is my favorite and Vero Beach Home Depot is really like my home away from home.

Went into the store to buy moulding and a refrigerator. NO ONE available in the appliance department to assist me. Ended up leaving without buying fridge.

This store is always very helpful I need plumbing stuff for ct went to pro desk Anthony help me my guy was waiting in ct he rung everything up and my got picked it up went so easy this store is great go to this store for outstanding service

You can always get outstanding service at the pro desk and your stuff is always load you get in and out the employees are always on there game great store

When ever in vero go to this store they have it going on carts are in every department and you can always get your thing loaded pro desk looks out for the Home Depot coustermers

A VERY FINE STORE WHERE I ALWAYS (for the most part), I FIND WHATEVER I AM IN SEARCH OF FOR MY HOME & GARDEN. THE PEOPLE ARE QUITE FRIENDLY (UNLIKE ANOTHER STORE I WISH NOT TO MENTION--WITH SOME RUDE WORKERS).

Was looking for a two way switch I did find one to use as a turn signal on my golf cart ( on Off on ) I would liked to have found on thats lights up and is waterproof This store in Vero beach Fl. has good Knowledgeable employees that help

The staff of Home Depot made this a good experience. They were interested in what we ere looking for and helped us at every junction of the planning. Their input was very helpful and welcomed. What we thought might have been a hassle proved to be good. We had previously bought handles for cabinets we already have and were able to get more of the same ones for our new cabinets. Cannot wait to have it finished. It will look great.

I love home depot. As a newbie in interior design and home renovation, it can feel intimidating to ask questions when I need a hand. But this home depot always has an employee willing to take the time to share their expertise with me and they offer awesome workshops. I'm super grateful to have this home depot store in our town
