We have been to several stores attempting to buy large scale halloween decorations. James. The Assistant manager immediately told us he wasn't going to argue with us about why he couldn't sell something. We weren't even arguing. We just wanted reasoning why he couldn't sell a display item when we have purchased them in the past at various other stores. He claimed they needed to stay at planogram for the store but were actually missing items that needed to be there. His excuse was they just didn't put them up. At least if you are going to lie keep it consistent.

Jordan from flooring was very helpful, Judith and Donna from service desk were very helpful!

I needed help with an item that continued to be backorder ed. Ron took the time to investigate what was my best options. He found solution. He didn't have to help since he was about to go to lunch with some colleagues. He missed out for helping. It's hard to find dedicated people like him. Thank you.

I shop here a lot. This store seems incapable of managing the loading area. They allow vehicles to park blocking all access. They allow unattended vehicle to sit forever with no driver present. The loading area here is nothing more than covered parking for people who have NOTHING to load. I’ve tried to address this with the store manager but the manager NEVER responds to pages. Managing a loading area is not Rocket Science. A good store manager could fix this. A poor/weak store manager will ignore it.

Managers need to step out of there offices and assist associates as well. They were once a cashier and need to remember that. Doesn’t hurt to help check out customers. And not make another employee, that is clearly busy, do it. We all started somewhere. Also mangers need to learn to lead not became stuck up just because they have the title manager.

I am familiar with Home Depot #0523. Why would I go elsewhere. I buy different products at HD at fair prices compared to a 'nearby' competitor.

Everyone was extremely helpful and willing to guide me to different things I needed at the store.

the employees need to understand that the store is open until closing time. employees in a hurry to leave forget about the customers. all in all it was a good experience.

A young man named “Angel” without me asking or searching an employee to help, found me and helped this 75 year old man load 26 cinder blocks on my cart, then once I checked out Angel was right there to load the cinder blocks in to my truck… I appreciate him so much, I’m not as young as I used to be, Angels should be recognized for his kindness, and Initiative, Angel is one of the reasons I choose Home Depot over the other, angel is a treasure to Home Depot.

Am going through my first experience of getting new kitchen counter tops and Home Depot has helped us with needed info. Now waiting to see the finished products. Expensive but very comparable in prices with other stores.

There just could not be a nicer group of people hired as employees. The store is always clean, neat and well-stocked. Visit the garden center and stay a while! This store makes the BEST keys. You will not be disappointed.

I am not writing about a product, but about the workers. No matter what my dumb questions is they go to the limit to help me. Not always what I wanted but took the time to help me. Clue to others, bring the part you want to the Store! This is true for every time I have gone to shop! They do like us Vets!

Today, I was blessed to talk with Cristian in Plumbing who helped me out with a garden cover using PVC pipe for my 4' x 8' above the ground garden. I looked on the internet, but I didn't really see anything I liked. Cristian was VERY attentive to my concerns and drew the garden cover on a box with a marker making it easy to see. He even set up the garden cover at the store to see what it would look like!!!! Exceptional customer service!!!! Thanks again, Cristian!!! My checkout person, Andrew, was very patient. Additionally, later in the day, Israel helped me purchase more screen material for my garden cover.

It is evident that this store is focusing on employee knowledge base and customer service.!

My husband and I needed help finding stuff to properly install our new gas stove. An employee by the name of Ramiro helped us get exactly what we needed. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I will definitely shop at this store again and if I need help will look for Ramiro.

As a contractor we shop here all the time , good helpful staff and tend to have everything we need to complete are jobs!!!

I bought a dryer a week ago, the dyer makes a horrible and load noise when is on, and after 1-2 min it turns off by itself. I want a refund please. I called couple of times but they keep "transferring to appliances" so I can be taken care of but I keep being on the line for an hour on music hold. No body answers.

We were looking for a Christmas tree late in the season, and as expected the supply was slim. We found one acceptable and asked for a discount. The kind sales lady called the manager who promptly comped the sale. Merry Christmas!

Purchased things today that should have qualified for military discount., but they didn't give me the discount! Website shows they qualify, beware!! Also there is now a $400 limit for the calendar year!!

Had a phone sale and Erik was able to check me out fast in a nice and in a friendly manner.

We felt rushed by the sales person to pick our four appliances. However, we will be back next week for our microwave.

The service and the products are excellent and I've been a customer for years I wouldn't hesitate recommending the store my wife and I shop exclusively here.

Amazing assistance from Alec, a staff member who didn't even work in the flooring area. Got most of what I needed and he ordered the amount that was missing. Friendly! Would definitely recommend them.
