Clean store, very well displayed, the staff is very friendly and attentive, Jackie and Bob at customer service did an awesome job

One of the BEST assets the store has is their employee Ben. I do not know his last name but he has been there for years. He use to run the loading dock area. It was the last time it was managed well. He made a point to know all the customers personally and went the extra step to make them feel they really mattered in that store. Last time I was in the store he saw me, remembered me by name ( it had been at least 6 months) He walked over several isles asking how I had been and thanking me for shopping at Home Depot. If Home Depot were smart they would keep him in this area and let his light keep shining. Huge problem in the store if you purchase a large order as it is almost impossible to access the loading area It is always filled with cars of customers shopping that do not want to park in the parking lot. Nobody cares,

There is never any assistant on the floor. For several years now, it's always been that way. However, the store looks alot better inside. More organized and clean.

The employee victoria was incredibly rude to the people Asking her help. She was blatantly making faces and rolling her eyes when she was asked if there were items at the store and as soon as she finished cashing us out she left without acknowledging anyone else. She behaved so rude and acted like a petulant teenager with a poor attitude, if she doesn’t like her job she can probably work somewhere else where she won’t interact with people much.

I shop at Home Depot, 79912, very often. I always find what I need.

Found what I wanted at this store, inventory was correct at this store. Incorrect inventory was at other store (Montwood)

Told price by several employees on several dates by staff and price not honored at register. Manager stated training issues.

This Home Depot has stellar customer service, and knowledgeable people, especially in Electrical.Always a pleasure to shop here.

Store employees lack training and basic knowledge. Employees are frequently not to be found in a department and need to be paged which can require a wait of 10 min. When I had my windows measured for blinds, the subcontractor said I needed to ask for privacy channels with the order so there would not be gaps at the sides of the blinds. The employee that served me had never heard of them. She claimed to have worked in the department for 4 years but lacked basic knowledge. She also did not ask whether the blinds needed to roll over or under the rod. Another vital question she missed. The blinds needed to roll under so they would fit under the door handle.

Great location, and selection, as well as hours of operations!

This store has the most professional and qualified people of all the Home Depots in the area. The customer service is excellent.

I am very disappointed with this last black friday sale, in the ad there was being advertised a 16 gal dry/wet shop vacuum; it was stated that you could buy it on line, but the page always appear as if was being repaired, then the next day early in the morning at the store, the employees did not knew where it could be find, and finally the ones that were at the same sale price were of lesser quality (3 gal vacum).

Excellent service here, especially in Electrical and Garden area. I love this store!

I built my home , by shopping here at, the home depot back in the year 2000. Found everything I needed , and even some parts that I wasn't quite looking for , but fitted better to make my project look even much better , prettier. The associates always very friendly and very helpful, and always there was someone around very knowledgeable to lend a helping hand... And what's best is that still see a couple of them , that still work here.....

If you need anything in electrical or lighting departments ask for Jesse. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and always willing to help.

The first time my husband and I came here, it was a busy weekday. This time (Sunday) the experience was much better. No one else was in the particular department where we made our refrigerator purchase. The salesman was friendly and helpful. For service members--don't forget to ask for your military discount! Even if an item is already on sale, it can be applied to the purchase of the extended warranty.

The store is well stocked and easy to locate items that I am shopping for, however, the customer service counter was not very friendly. The other associates were very helpful in finding items that I was shopping for.
