Eric, from service desk, was so helpful and nice. He spoke to us on the phone and gave us the information we need plus the help. He checked up on us and was so polite. Would only go to your store because of him. If anyone needs help I would recommend Eric.

Never had any problems here. Helpful workers. Organized and clean. I never really find my targets "easily" at a hardware store, but I think that's just the nature of the beast.

A very friendly staff who know how to treat a customer with respect. They all go above and beyond to make your visit as comfortable and efficient as possible.

Flooring Project problems: 1-Price changed between telephone agreement and paying the bill. 2-Items not delivered on requested day. 3-When delivery was made two days late, it was incomplete. 4-HD can claim Covid but your refusal to place items in the house causes extra burden and cost for customer. 5-Some items either not properly requested by estimator or instructions bungled by store. 6-Extremely high cost for floor "prep" work. Installation is just beginning. This list cold get longer

The store has wonderful phenomenal people working especially Karina she’s a cashier that often helps me during my visits. She does an excellent job and provides wonderful customer service experience, answering all my doubts questions regarding products. Such a wonderful well respected customer service by her ms.Karina.

Hardware employees were to busy talking instead of responding to requests for assistance.

Do not shop here!! Go to East El Paso where the staff actually welcomes you and wants to sell you things!!! They actually treat you like a person at the Rojas Location!!! West El Paso is for the birds!!!!

The paint department employees were very helpful.

Maria in the self checkout line was helpful and efficient. The fastest I have checked out in a self checkout line. She gave clear instructions and is friendly/professional.

I went to buy a water heater from Home Depot had the brand I wanted but the poor lady employee could not help us and said she was alone and no other help was available ! One time shopper here unless I need something I can't find else where !

Overall, I always have a good experience at Home Depot. Just a concern, few assistants to help out, but overall, a good experience.

Employees were not wearing PPE and one sneezed while not wearing their mask. This is not acceptable. I will never shop at any Home Depot.

Stocked properly, prices better than similar big box stores, proper precautions being observed during this pandemic period.
