Had a very bad experience when ordering a Tuf-Shed, the process is complicated and no accountability on part of the staff . Had to cancel order and ask for refund .

Excellent experience! All employees were wearing protective face masks. All the staff that I encountered on this visit were very friendly, helpful and respectful. I will return.

Shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic, employees ensured that the store was not overcrowded and that social distancing was facilitated by staggering entry to same. Once inside, the item that we went for was readily available, and a store associate was happy to help us retrieve the item from the attic stock such that we could take an item in a box which had not seen significant damage from shipping and handling. The isles were clean and clear from obstructions and an ample amount of registers available at checkout, even at off-peak hours. Veronica made our experience enjoyable.

Make sure when this is all over you thoroughly thank all you're employees, the stress is unreal and they are champs for pushing thru it

Great service

Wanted to share my experience this time around when I was at The Home Depot on the west side of el paso, 79912 ..As always when entering the store , it is always clean and merchandise including carts and flat beds always seem to be organized and not in the middle of the aisles. Employees are always eager to help when they see that you look lost when trying to find a product. I'm always impressed with how such a huge facility is always kept clean and in order. I'm not one for writing reviews or completing surveys, but I want to compliment the personnel at this location for making my shopping experience a pleasant one and to keep up the great work. Congrats....

employees do not recognize a state license that states my husband is a veteran. the manager and cashier says that is not legal. I would rather go to lowe's where they file your information

I have purchased all of my kitchen appliances from Home Depot. They have the best prices and have assisted me in selecting the products that fit my needs and budget. I also come here for all of my home repair/upgrade needs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - look up the definition because your company total lacks the concept. Did I find the products - NO Were you able to get assistance - NO Was the store clean - NO Were associates friendly and helpful - NO because there are no associates. They are professionals at hiding so that they do not have to assist anyone with anything. CUSTOMER SERVICE - you need to find out what it is and why you refuse to offer it.

Excellent selection of live Christmas trees

To make a long story short The store manager was quick to handle the issue of my appliances that were cancelled by 3rd party I was upset and ready to go elsewhere and the store manage along with Jessica and Rachael were there and helped me from start to finish cudos to them for turning a bad day into positive experience

Amanda at customer service was very friendly and helpful I was in a rush and she was able to get me in and out quick

Overall, the store is ok. The employees need to be better trained on what is sold, and if they have customers, then be on the lookout to help them, not stand around chatting, making the customer wait for them to finish their conversations. Also, make more sales associates more readily available. Too often, I have to walk halfway thru the store looking to find someone and then, its a challenge to catch them as they seem to disappear quickly. All departments, but especially the garden center, its virtually impossible to find help out there. And, lastly, check the bathrooms more frequently, they tend to get out of hand. My current experience in the store was one of the best as Michael, the gentleman who mixed my paint, was an exemplar employee. Helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Great employee and service

It was a Sunday. There were only a few employees. Despite this fact, an employee who was carrying something for another customer, was able to tell me where to find some particular lumber that I needed. The two other employees whose help I requested were equally efficient. In particular, I would like to highlight the help I received from Irene, who took me to the exact place where the particular tool I was looking for was found, and put it in my hands. That was extremely easy for me! Yes, I needed assistance, and I received it in a fine way. Yes, the store looked nice and clean. Yes, the associates were friendly and helpful.

Found store experience very enjoyable ,friendly help and friendly and courteous employees, on floor, at payment counter and until I left store.

Competent sales people who addressed my questions and concerns. No problem comparing product selection or quality.

At store 0523 there was a women employee who had white hair. She was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing configureations, product values, home repairs but I haven't seen her lately. I believe she retired. If there were more employees like her working for HP your customer satisfaction would be excellent.

Love this store out of all the ones in El Paso.

The check out associate At the Self Service area was Rude, Unfriendly, Unprofessional, UNAPPROACHABLE and LACKS People Skills!!
