I returned something that was past the return date. They cheerfully gave me a store credit for the items returned. They made me feel important.

Jeff in the electrical department walked us right to the aisle with the electrical product we needed to help is choose it. Kanani in key cutting went above and beyond to assist us with our key cutting questions. Very helpful employees throughout this store.

I have many power tools, along with a bevy of hand tools I purchased from The Home Depot all or which I have been using for many years. The building materials I picked up have always held up. I would not be where I am if it had not been for The Home Depot.

The Manger of the Garden Center John K was able to work us on lowering the price of Firestarter wood for our fireplace, the boxes were wet, so the product did not look very good at all, but thanks to John K, we were able to purchase them at a lower price. The employees of the West Jordan store on 90th South, are always so polite, pleasant, and always willing to help you.

Home Depot always has good customer service. However, on a recent visit to Home Depot Amie at customer service helped me several times and was so pleasant and happy. It was a great visit to Home Depot.

I spend thousands there easily over 130k in the last 18 months and if I need to return something for any reason there's never an issue mainly to because I save all receipts!!

I bought 70 cement pavers today. There’s no way I could’ve loaded those myself. The customer service was fantastic! Everyone I spoke to is willing to help. I will be back to shop at this Home Depot again.

I give this store 5 out of 5 stars for employee assistance, kindness, courtesy, location from my house, and help with problems I may have encountered. The people at the pro desk and customer service always give outstanding service. Many others on the floor are the same. I give you 3/5 stars for having on hand my desired purchase items and for the cleanliness of your restrooms. Rental department gets 5/5 stars too. Your military ID discount policy gets 1/5 stars for requiring a phone app and not accepting my military ID card like you used to. However, all in all a great place to shop.

The staff makes the experience so great that if you’re not keeping track of your time a 15–minute trip can turn into 2 hours. There’s always someone in the store with enough knowledge to help you regardless of your question and in some cases department. The pro desk is a hidden gem full of experts as well.

Max Nick and Becca in plumbing took such good care of us. They made sure we found everything we needed and did a mark down on a product that the packaging was damaged on.

Grateful that there are so many stores we can go to in the state.

I'm pretty lucky to always meet someone that can make my projects easier at Home Depot. I've spent too much but also saved a lot by finding alternatives and ease for problems and fixes. My Honey-do-list is ever growing but I'm glad to have help and professional input.

Very happy but wish store had more employees to assist you! To get help you need to wait at customer service desk but they responded right away! I shopped numerous stores for our new stove and got the best price and service at Home Depot! Home depot is great

The West Jordan store is our favorite location. Convenient, clean, plenty of parking and friendly employees.
