If you enjoy taking your pet to help shopping for your home projects be prepared for the West Jordan Home Depot employees to glare at you and exhibit a very non pet friendly atmosphere. Will take my business to another well known home improvement business where pets are truly welcome and the employees enjoy greeting and socializing with customers and their pets. Sad Home Depot promotes they are a pet friendly business.

The store was very clean. Shopping the Christmas decorations was fun. The cashier was completely incompetent and beyond rude and sarcastic. I suggest better training on how to talk to the general public in casual affairs such as checking out to give them money. Unbelievable.

The West Jordan Store is a large sized Home Depot, which works in my favor as I live only 2 blocks away :) , if you don’t so sorry for you :( They usually have items in stock other stores do not. The staff is very friendly and helpful even when you don’t need help and are willing to go above and beyond to help customers. I only waited 2 minutes to get someone to cut board for me on the - panel saw Cashiers are always ready to help you checkout and are always friendly

The employee new eactly what I was looking for and what the options were. Check out was easy.

I recently finished my basement. All my tools and products came from Home Depot. Sales associates were very helpful!

Scott in appliances is not helpful. He is very dismissive of customers. I planned on purchasing a fridge today and because of his terrible attitude and unwillingness to help, I chose to take my business elsewhere. This associate is not friendly or helpful, and did not provide the assistance that I needed. I needed to waste time finding a different associate who actually helped me get information about a product that was not available at this store, with this is mind, before even looking up the item, Scott's suggestion was to bring in the old item. The helpful response would have been to offer to look for the item, not too answer in a way that proves that he is not interested in assisting customers.

The store is close and has the stuff I need. but sometimes the personal need training on customer service and where all the products are In the store.

Best experience ever, staff was very friendly and their knowledge of what your looking for was very impressive, made my shopping easier and faster.

I ordered a Sliding glass door through this store and scheduled work from them to install the door. Some Representative decided to cancel my oredr without calling me or contacting me at all. I got a call about it being canceled and that it was a mistake. They told me I had to buy it again. I had not received anything other than this call at this point. I had to call back and was told that someone would call me the next day in the morning. I have not received a call. I also have tried to call about 5 times now throughout the day and not one person has picked up a call. Why in the world would you cancel someones order before you talk to them about why you think you need to cancel it? (They said the door would not fit in my current dimensions. I already had worked out the size difference with 2 other people.) Why can't you just take care of a customer same day there is an issue? If not same day at least a call back the next day. Why is not one answering the phone at all throughout the day??????????

I am a "senior", and going to a big store like Home Depot can be a little intimidating. When I arrive, I ask someone at the desk for someone to help me...and I've never been disappointed. I feel like my Home Depot is very clean and "user-friendly" ...and patient when I'm not sure what it is I need!.

Love shopping there. They always have everything available and the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The isles are marked for what is down each isle so things are easy to find.

The associate Dale that checked me out was very nice and even chased me out of the store with a bag I had left behind.

This store has a staff that understands customer service. I am always treated with kindness, courtesy, enthusiasm and efficiency.

the on line items I was looking for was there I had purchased a husky tool box over over the phone it was ready for me when I arrived the store has always been clean when I have been there the associates are friendly and helpful

No store is perfect and I've had good and bad experiences at this store but the majority of experiences have been good. My experience today was so good that I'm taking time to write this review. CJ helped me buy a door today. You don't know what you don't know and thank goodness CJ knew what I didn't. He helped me get much more beautiful door at a lower price than the one I thought I was going to order. He noticed that my door measurement were "standard" and asked me to look at some stock doors. Instead of a steel door with a peep hole for $900 I was able to pick out a beautiful vinyl door with a pretty window in it for $425. I would never have known that without his help. If you buy a door at this store, ask for CJ.

We go to this store a lot because we can find what we need and there are always employees around who can help us. Great variety of products! Prices are fair! Good friendly atmosphere.

There was a fellow named Kevin who was eager to help me get what I needed from the lumber section. I told him what I wanted to create. He gave me a moment to look through the discounted wood. Then he cut all the wood I needed into about sixty different pieces for a daycare project we were doing for Father’s Day this year. After he cut the wood, he helped me pick out the hardware I needed in order to make the project complete. He took the time to compare products and give me assurance. He is a great employee who deserves praise and a raise. He helped make a project I was reading into something very enjoyable. I would hope to run into Kevin again, if I needed more supplies from Home Depot for another project.

This Home Depot location has done a phenomenal job at providing a safe shopping experience. This is important so we can keep things working and the economy moving forward as much as possible in several areas. I appreciate the helpful service I've received by several of the store associates.

The lady at the return counter was happy and helpful and the cashier, Jessica, was bubbly and efficient. The kind of employees that make you feel good about your trip to the store. Thank you!

This store location have a great variety of flowers and plants this year!

Employees should be able to check in computer the inventory available and which store has product. You could make more money. The person who helped me said they don’t have a way to check for garden plants available. Also plants looked sick not watered.
