I love this sore. It feels like home.

This home depot has been a great resource for all of our household improvements over the years, including our garden & indoor plants.

I asked for a mask because I had forgotten my own mask in my truck and I was told "Home Depot doesn't provide masks because it is not mandated..." REALLY????? This is not the Home Depot I am used to when I go shopping there.

Martha in shelving and Steve the Cashier were extremely rude! The shelving isle was a disaster and boxes every were prices all over the place and due to the store being a mess it is NOT the customers responsibility to organize and read every little fine print of the description. Wouldn’t price match the mistake! WORSE STORE EVER! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

Every time I go in this store I end up leaving because I cannot get any help. Last visit to this store I had an employee paged 3 times for help and no one ever showed up. This happens every time I come in. I am done with Home Depot.

The customer service was great! Store employees were standing by to help. One employee took me to the location I was looking for. Everything was clean and organized. I really appreciate how this store has improved!

I go to the West Jordan store often & find what I am looking for.

I love to go through their garden shop. It gives me such a good feeling. Keep up the great work. :)

People where VERY helpful

Everybody is always friendly. Things are pretty much in stock. Their app is very easy to use to find what I need. I like the prices:)

THE EMPLOYEES REALLY CARE AND TAKE THE TIME TO HELP YOU GET WHAT YOU NEED! GREAT EXPEREIENCE!

The aisles at this Home Depot are very cluttered with extra displays and merchandise making it hard to get a cart of any size through them. At the paint counter it is difficult to pick up your paint because of several feet of displays surrounding the entire counter. I go there because it is close. If there was another home improvement store close by I would definitely go there instead.

Hasan Dara (Carpet Specialist) mixed up my order with another customer and caused great confusion for everyone involved. Hasan was not polite nor took any responsibility for the mistake and continued to make things worse. Much confusion between contractors, customers, Home Depot associates, home owners and renters. Spent hours on the phone and in store trying to resolve the issues that never seemed to get resolved. Very disappointed! Hasan Dara is obviously very stressed out and overworked. He talked too fast, too quietly and he even yelled at me for asking questions, stating: "Just let me do my job!" If I was his supervisor, I would fire him!

I was looking for sprinkler system products, this is the place to find stocked shelves and the best most helpful employees!

My day at shopping at home depot are over. Their delivery service lies! SHAME ON THEM!!!

I went to buy few things that I need, at self check out the employees where just awesome helping me out finishing my payment and answering questions, really friendly!!

I went to two other Home Depot’s before this one. And I got STELLAR service. The gentleman that helped me was with me the whole time, despite not even working in the department that I needed assistance with. He was personable, and made my customer experience amazing. Despite living in Magna, I would shop that that Home Depot moving forward for all of my home improvement needs. Customer service is important to me, and the team here NAILED IT . Like the receipt said. Thank you again!!

One Home Depot that goes far beyond in satisfying their customers. First choice when doing honey do lists, and general construction.

Every time I go to this West Jordan Home Depot they are very helpful and have everything I am looking for at competitive prices and cheerful employees. The store is very clean and the workers know about their stuff.

This Store is a fairly large store not the largest in the SLC area but centrally located and has the best employees I shop at this store to get nearly all my supplies on a daily basis. I’ve never had a problem finding help in any department The inventory is outstanding and if it’s not on the shelf there is always another box up in the rack to be restocked always someone there to help get it down. Good job to all the merchandisers , I appreciate you. I was one for Coca-Cola for over 4years. If this is not the #1 store in the SLC valley I would be shocked! It’s #1 in my book , And yes I’ve shopped all the stores in the SLC valley for over 3 years now. Thank You Michael Hudson Handyman Hudson Owner

Het=y there I came in to warranty out a water heater that I bought in 2013 Amie took really good care of me she saw I had purchased the extended warranty on my water heater asked if I had registered it I said I did not know so she called the extended warranty to see if I was registered I was not so the gal on the phone took all my info down to tell me that I would have to wait 2 to 5 bussiness day's to have someone come out to look at it to see if it could be repaired I could not go 2 to 5 day's with out hot water or water for that matter.

Been shopping this location for years, and haven't been let down yet. Great service and product availability.

Barbara was very nice and helpful helping us get a tree for Christmas.

Always stocked and easy to find stuff.
