Jay asked me if I needed help. Researched an item for me, and found the item, which was a feat in itself. You see, someone had pushed the box of supplies to the back, on the floor, and put other stuff in front of it. Impossible to find! Jay would not give up!

Found some great prices on "dirt"; Jeff W, was amazing and loaded it all up for me and even patches holes in the bags.

I just moved to the area and this store makes me feel welcome and appreciates my business. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Christine in paint and Jacqueline at the register go above when I need help. The returns desk is very friendly and you do not have to wait for someone to help you. I love shopping at this store!!

Felt like a favor was done to me in the service I received thanks for doing me a service as a favor and making ne feel same way Manager acted in attitude like a cave man, 0 customer relations

Good selection of Black Friday specials on major brand tools. Unfortunately there is never anyone who can talk to you about how to use the tools or how to put them together when there is "some assembly required".

No help was offered, no registers with employees were open.

Samantha from the paint department was very helpful never left me standing to wait for an answer for my questions and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. 10 stars to this employee.

As with all Home Depot’s the way the checkout is in the way the parking lot is laid out is ridiculous. Not only do you have to check yourself out but now you need to walk way too far to your car. It’s at all Home Depot’s and it actually makes me reconsider shopping at any of them. That being said, the Waco Home Depot is a nice one. Mostly friendly , helpful people. Not all, but most. I’m new to the area but have been to this store a dozen times already . Pretty successful trips all in all.

Bought a refrigerator ; passed up others in order to get quicker delivery date; not only was it not delivered as promised the first time, was not delivered when promised the second time and on the third try, the refrigerator was so badly damaged that it had to be refused. the delivery people were very unprofessional, working out of a home office because you could hear people arguing in the background, dishes clanking and children yelling. And they did not care about when and or if the merchanise was delivered.

If your interested in purchasing any type of appliance’s, look for Donna. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to assist my husband and I.

Return desk employee was rude and unable to assist me. I was patient enough and asked for a common courtesy request. Totally unwilling to provide customer service.

I will always go to the Waco store. My visit to the Kileen Home Depot was frustrating, and disappointing. Poor customer service there.

An employ Aldvin found my bill fold and put it in safe keeping until I returned 2 hours later! Very honest people!

The Waco store was very helpful in assisting me to find ceiling fans and the young lady, Stephanie, was very helpful with assisting me to find the right color of paint. Bettie, the cashier was very friendly in checking me out.

Donna Kiefer met my wife and myself when we entered the appliance area. She asked what we needed, we told her, and she helped us to find exactly what my wife wanted. She also asked the right questions, gave us excellent suggestions and was not perturbed when we changed our minds 3 times. She is the perfect example of a model employee.

The Flooring Specialist in the Flooring Dept at Waco Home Depot was phenomenal! Very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful!
