The Home Depot store in Waco, Tx is a great place to shop. It is easy to find what you need, and always has associates who can help answer questions about a product you want to purchase. The associates are always friendly. The garden shop is small enough to find what you need, and has a variety of plants and flowers.

I was purchasing appliances. The Appliance Specialist was great. Also the store was clean, in nice order and Covid 19 procedures were followed very thoroughly.

People are so friendly and always ready to help.

Asked for help from 3 employees that were standing around doing nothing! Was told that they were busy! Waited an hour trying to get what I needed! Was repeatedly told they would have someone right there! If it wasn't for the fact that everyone else was out of what I needed to finish my project I would have walked out sooner!

The Waco home depot is a great store to get everything you need for whatever project you are doing. My cashier, Carin was very helpful and friendly.

This store is always stocked and there never seems to be a personnel shortage. There personnel are always cheerful and ready to assist you.

This store is always & well represented. Employees are extremely helpful in all areas of the store. Customer service is excellent. Penske truck rental experiences have been outstanding.

Home Depot has a great variety of products. Usually well stocked. Where the store falls way short is in staff. There is hardly ever an employee in the back to help customers find things or give advice. If a customer needs help, he/she should not go at night as there seldon anyone in the back of the store to help. Finally if the customer needs help getting sheetrock or plywood off of the shelves or floor and then loaded on to the customer's truck, the customer better go to another store. Don't bother to go to the store that starts with "L". as it is just as poor on customer assistance.

I very much enjoyed shopping at The Home Depot on Waco Drive in Waco, Texas. They were a friendly staff and helped me with my purchase and got me out in a timely manner. I will always shop at Home Depot to get the home items I need. Thanks Home Depot!

Upon some not so enthusiastic employees, I was helped by one that was truly amazing. Emerald helped me with picking out all the things I would need for my flooring project. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and extremely nice and positive. You don't usually leave somewhere in a better mood, but I definitely did because of her.

This is the most well-run big box home improvement store I’ve ever been in. I shop here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The employees are helpful and there are more of them available than at other home improvement stores.

I always enjoy shopping here! The atmosphere is always pleasant and everyone is helpful I wish there was more parking closer to the store besides Handicapped spaces? I’m glad there are los of handicapped spaces, but other people need to be close to the doors too< especially older people that don’t have handicap stickers!

I love this store anyway, but their online department and service is exemplary! I have never had a bad experience when ordering something online to be picked up at this location.
