Plenty of workers no one offering to help

Never have had a bad experience with customer service... they are always good and quick and to help.

I did not know how to find what I was looking for. Janet left the self checkout and went with me. She found the product, got a cart and loaded the product for me. The entire time Janet was very pleasant and also got someone to load the product in my car. She is a great asset to Home Depot.

I was greeted with three very happy greeters and helped. They were fabulouse

I had great experience at check out this morning with Cashier Sharece, she helped me and made my day.

They always have most of what we need on there shelves.. I love the blinds -bathroom -tile and all the new programs they offer.will get everything through them.

There was a line in appliances so we took our refrigerator purchase to the service desk. Reyna was a rock star! She started waiting on us while waiting on 2 other customers! She never lost her cool and managed to answer the phone.

I need an upright freezer for my home, and all I found was a rat maze of appliances and no one that could point me to anything in stock. I usually have a great time in Home Depot, I have remodeled an older home and have a honey do list at my newest home. I just wish that I could at the very least get a freezer or at least order one with ease. I get that they are remodeling their store, bit at least someone could let me know when a freezer was available. I also needed a 5 gal gas can, and had to buy 2 smaller ones just because there was nothing else in stock. Normally I get great customer service, but if yall need to remodel, don't open your store back up until you are done. Maybe then I can get better customer service.

The associate helped me buy a drill and bits, and it wasn't even her department, but she didn't pass me off, she went and got the code to the lock and helped me purchase a great drill. That's great customer service to me.

This is our favorite store for my husband to get parts for all the things he does to help everyone. You guys have the best service!

They are rude at customer care and refused to load lumber how they use always loaded my lumber. Had us wait for a load for them to say no after a 3 hour wait. Returned and went to McCoys. Took 15 minutes from avrial to load and everyone was happy and nice.

Just wanted to say that Litzy is always friendly, witty, and knows her job. Has legitimate and sincere engagement with customers. She is great to be checked out by.

Some trips to your local Home Depot are because something is broken or needs to be replaced, you are usually agitated having to fix something and it helps having associates and management that will take the time to always help.

I went to HD just for an orange bucket but fell in love with a Santa dog Christmas display item. Sure enough, it was “last one” and way up high and not for sale until closeout. “D” was so empathetic, asked me to wait a sec, and returned with permission to sell me the display! He got a big orange ladder rack (abs the store was busy!) and climbed up to set my Santa Pup free! I could have cried happy tears! Then the register trainee and two ladies working with her oohed and ahhed abs were super friendly and happy and affirming. Got that bucket too and left feeling “this is how Christmas shopping ought to feel!”

Great service. Employees great attitude

The supervisor in the refrigerator section (Jacoby) and his associates were less than willing to help us find a fridge to suit our needs. When asked about displays and availability, we were met with resistance and a general lack of enthusiasm. We found the same model at a competitor and bought it there. Your store lost out on 2000.00 because of your sales team. I had a good experience in the locksmith section with the employees there. I will be back, but will ask for someone in appliances who wants to work.

The appliance department is the best. The staff especially Iliana are very helpful
