Great friendly customer service,very clean and plenty of product in stock for all your home repair needs.

This location has absolutely the best team members compared to the other stores I've shopped at and my company shops at a lot of your location around Texas. I will go way of my way to get what I need at this location your team members who go above and beyond for me and my runners are Daisy, Chelsea Bonnie and Victoria and the whole Pro desk members and I also can't forget the self check out crew they absolutely awesome too. If there is any way possible can you please let them know that Zerrance "Zee" Brickhouse and the Grant Goss Contracting crew appreciates everything they do they really should be rewarded for their professionalism.

Everything was perfect dishwasher was not delivered as promised for April 20 even though on April 19 received two calls confirming delivery as schedule between 11:30am and 3:30PM. When called customer care they said Maytag will not deliver machine until June 1. They would not explain why they said it was available but actually was not available and why they called to confirm that it was to be delivered on time but failed to deliver and did not tell us about the delay. I cancelled the order and requested return of purchase credit charge which they said I would receive in 3-5 weeks.

Home Depot has a huge problem with customer service. When in the stores, employees hide from clients. When over the phone, employees are rude, short and disinterested. Management seems to take this type of business model and runs with it. Managers do not want to be bothered. Customers mean nothing. If I could purchase my building supplies elsewhere and could get them quickly, I would. Home Depot seems to think they have the market cornered and so they don't care.

The selection of products is amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I am able to get in and out of the store with what I need as quickly as I want. The store is clean and seems well managed from my point of view.

In Waco, this is the Home Depot to go to. The Bellmead store, especially the supervisor by the name of Laurie, is horrendous. The employees hang up on customers and when I asked to speak to the supervisor, I was transferred to Laurie. She didn't even apologize for the rudeness. I think they have secure jobs and don't need the customers. Who has ever heard of that? Don't go to the Bellmead Home Depot.

I absolutely love this location because of the kindness of their employees. Ms Robbie specifically is an true Angel in my heart. She saw me struggling to find items on the list my husband provided for an electrical job and she whipped through the aisle and found all of the items along with educating me on why he needed them and what each item had to offer. I appreciate her genuine support! She is gem!

The garden department was great! I had to make several trips to pick up a large amount of bricks in this storm. They put them on pallets for me and loaded them into my truck. They were very nice and great to deal with! The only name I remember is John the manager, but the rest of the staff were also great!! I would continue to shop there again and it is a great location for the project we were doing. As you can see I made multiple trips and each one was a great experience!

Bring your own help if you going to purchase a lot of stuff. You will have to load it on a cart by yourself and load it on your trailer by yourself. While the employees try to avoid the working

I have a problem! I love to remodel! And Home Depot is my store to help with all my remodeling. The employees are so helpful, I have a few favorites. Thank you for helping me with the improvements on my old home.

Pro xtra cashier was extremely rude and unwilling to provide customer service or even be a decent human being.

They have a huge selection and 9 times out of 10 have exactly what I need to finish my project.

Friendly customer service in the tools section. Aisles and bays clearly labeled for easy location of items being shopped for.

Pro desk was not as helpful as service desk, service desk was very busy yet kept a smile on their faces

While in the store, I downloaded the Home Depot app. It was fantastic for locating what aisle and bay for each item. Loved it!

Very clean, glad to see all employees and customers were masked. Our salesperson JJR6801 was very friendly, knew the product we were looking at. He also helped us to apply for a credit card.

Tonight my husband and I visited Home Depot and from the time we walked in till the time we checked out it was a wonderful experience. Very nice environment. The young lady at the register was amazing. Her personality was wonderful. She made it a point to speak to my husband and I and that was nice. Great job!

Today around 8:20pm an employee pulling a pallet of air compressors ran into me because he wasn’t paying attention to where he was going. He then exclaimed at me to get out of his way and I should have watched out for him. This is the rudest thing that’s ever happened to me at any store. I’d like this footage pulled and viewed. I have a pain in my shoulder now. What if his carelessness caused harm to the kids that were in the store at that time? This is unacceptable.

Worst Home Depot I have ever been in. No one would help us in getting a hot water even after I asked three (3) people who worked in that department - will never go back to that store

I purchased a refrigerator from this store and had nothing but problems from the delivery time to the damaged refrigerator that I had a hard time getting them to make right. I would not recommend this store.

I work at WRS Athletic club, just around the corner. We have been shopping at Home Depot for several years. The staff are always so nice and helpful. I always enjoy going shopping, knowing I will get help if I ask. But, most of the time the employees will ask me if I need help. I appreciate that very much.
