                  If you want to find the best cashier, having a bad day ,want a good laugh, got a question about product location who to talk to or you have a problem I might need Solving. Brenda has been consistent every time she has assisted in ringing up products and always finds a way to inform me of perks, benefits, sales, and anything upcoming in the store. She is a fantastic person and is definitely somebody that I seek out when I am shopping. She puts a smile on my face, and always cares. She is the most personable and authentic people. I have met at any Home Depot by far and her character stands out even in a crowded room.

                    I always have a wonderful experience here. The staff from back to front are so helpful and friendly. My encounter with Tomasina was especially great today. And I always find the products that I need. I’m a Home Depot customer for life now!!

                        I’d I could give 0 stars I would
                        Our experience was horrible and if I could give 0 stars I would!! Let me start by saying I live equally between two Home Depot stores and I will NEVER go back to weatherford again! We were given a pickup date/time, my contractor arrived and was told it wasn’t ready. He is a patient guy so he waited. Come 1pm, he notified me that he had been sitting for 3 hours and was still not assisted. I called and spoke to the manager, she was incredibly rude and scoffed that my contractor was just sitting around and it was HIS fault that he hadn’t been helped because he didn’t ask for her specifically. I said he shouldn’t have had to, we have a pickup time, it should be ready. She then went on to break the #1 rule in customer service by telling me they were short handed. I get it, that’s fine, but reschedule us for a different date/time to pickup when it’s ACTUALLY ready! Simple. She then assured me she would expedite this and he would be loaded promptly. My contractor was not assisted for an additional THREE hours!! This cost me a days wages for my contractor and put us behind schedule! Also, because of this we were only able to pickup half of our load and when returning to get the rest the next manager on shift was equally disrespectful telling me we picked up everything on our first trip. After arguing for 30 minutes he was able to find our materials. Lastly, we’re STILL missing materials and will have to return tomorrow to get the rest (if they have it and don’t say we took it!) and they gave us a broken window!! We’ll see if they exchange it for us or blame us for that. Not a happy customer!!

                              A Dreaded Trip To Buy Milwaukee
                              Home Depot's self checkout is the worst process I have ever seen in any retail environment. I actually saw people leave their things at the register and walk out. The person attending to the self checkout area had to help every single customer one by one. It would have been faster to open registers. The isles are so cluttered with displays it is hard to walk up and down them while pushing a cart. Things have gotten bad there.

                                  Extremely difficult to process an order refund.
                                  The Assistant Store Manager at 2 pm on August 12, 2022 is not effective at problem solving. When I asked for an explanation of why the amount charged to my CC was more that the refund given by Home Drpot she just shrugged her shoulders and said it was “a system problem.”

                                    I picked out a color, told the service rep what I was painting and she picked out the base paint and mixed the color in 10 minutes. Very good people at this store.

                                      disappointed in carpet
                                      We have been attempting to purchase and schedule carpet for install for a month now and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. In store employees dont seem to listen when taking information and you have to repeat yourself multiple times. An error was made in the payment of the carpet and we weren't notified until it was time to schedule install. It took 6 hours of phone calls, being hung up on, transferred to sort out the issue. No one seems to communicate with each other and they seem to do nothing but put you on hold repeatedly. Our carpet install is now delayed and interferers with our military move of household goods. Very disappointed in the service/problem solving/and over all experience. If we werent already on a time frame we would have gone elsewhere.

                                        2x4 had mostly cull lumber already sorted and a mess from im sure another customer made it almost impossible to sort for some what useable lumber. Also when checking out would not have to stand in line so long if cashier would not chit chat so much. Customer done cut in line then stand and talk while cashier calls for loader. Just call for loader don’t leave from behind register to talk more basically get the next customer in line plz. I think I seen 6 standing in line it’s ridiculous

                                            Horrible customer service.
                                            I was wanting chains cut and had to ask 6 different people to help assist me. Every time they said they would call someone because they didn’t know how to do it and that someone should be over to help soon but we waited for over 30 minutes on the aisle and no one ever showed up to help.

                                              As an elder, I am rarely treated with respect at retail stores by the much younger employees. Ageism at work. However at this particular Weather location, I am usually treated well by most employees. To me this is what makes me patronize a particular store, as they all have mostly the same products.

                                                    Poor Policies Affect Customer Service & Safety
                                                    Poor policies regarding staffing (number and their duties) as well as requesting staff park in the fire lane during business hours affects customers' experience and safety!

                                                          I was greeted by two employees today and they both helped me with what I came in for. Teresa the cashier was very nice and helped me get signed up for a Home Depot card. Thank you for the friendly service, it’s why I shop here.

                                                            PET FRIENDLY
                                                            Every single employee we passed made eye contact, asked if we needed any help finding anything, and smiled. At check out the cashier had mini treats for my well behaved puppy who ended up doing a dance for the lady for an additional treat. I had no idea that Home Depot was a pet friendly place and has treats on hand for the pets. Oh I forgot to mention the associate who cut some wire for me placed empty boxes in the bottom of my cart so my pup would feel safe in a cart. (My pup ended up walking) It was a nice over the top effort.
