Home Depot in Weatherford, TX is my favorite home improvement store! It has helpful employees, an Teresa at the check out, are so helpful! Always able to find what I need and the prices (even though everything is higher nowadays) are better than the other home improvement store!

I went into the store not sure what I was looking for and was excited to find so many employees on the floor doing different things but WILLING to stop and help because I looked like I wasn't finding what I was looking for. Made my heart happy to have help readily available and so polite.

Employees get an A++ but the store Is probably a B because it feels kind of small and crowded and may be a little confused. The parking lot is terrible, just poorly thought out, crowded and maybe a bit dangerous.

Staff refuses to make eye contact and will not assist.

The number of employees who are knowledgeable is decreased significantly

The store is well maintained, well stocked, and well staffed! It's a little tricky to find as it's in a bit of a strip center, but not a big deal. I'll definitely shop there again!

We have shopped at this store since it opened in Parker County. We have moved to Eastland County and continue to shop at this Home Depot because of the excellent customer service we always experience.

Came out without everything I needed again. Pretty common. So no, I'm not gonna lie and say thier great. About like a walmarrt, I avoid this place if at all possible. This time, they had what I needed but by the time I found a lumber cart and got back an employee was blockin off the aisle saying it would be a while. Someone trained in cs would have stopped blocking off and give me 30 sec to grab what I needed but no, this is home depot.

Great store!!!! The staff is very friendly and is available to help. I always have a feeling of, "that was pleasant" as I walk out the door.

Just stay away from Michelle in Paint she's a woman with a bad attitude.

The staff is excellent! The only thing I noticed is that the specialty material crown molding and base board and casing seems over priced.

Store conveniently located, store was clean, organized and person readily available and very helpful.

Although the store and team are very good as a current manager for a nationwide automotive retail company. There is always room for improvement.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. Johnny in flooring was very helpful despite the fact that he was the only one in the department and his assistance was in high demand at the time. He did not cut corners or rush us out. He was extremely thorough with his job and answered all our questions to the fullest. He never once made us feel like a burden even tho he was needed to help another customer. Tony was also helpful and patient as he came to help Johnny cut our vinyl flooring. Caela (I hope I spelled your name right), our cashier was super helpful as well. She was very friendly and her smile never left her face. She was very patient and sweet. Overall great job Weatherford Home Depot!!

The cashier, Victoria at the return counter was rude and dismissive. However, Michelle was very kind and helpful, as she took the time to show me where the lightbulbs were located.

FRIENDLIEST EMPLOYEES

I found all but two of the employees willing and happy to assist my husband and I when we were looking for our needed products. They were happy, smiling, welcoming, and made us feel as if we were welcome. Then, there were the other two. They were busy gossiping about someone, and I overheard their conversation. Because of this, I felt justified interrupting to ask for assistance. The only one of the two who did help, did so reluctantly and with a sour face and attitude. If I return to that Home Depot, I will be sure not to ask those two for assistance in the paint department. The one who assisted attempted to make us feel uneducated about products, which I am not. She was condescending and rude, but I must say, she did so with gritted teeth that I've never encountered before in that store.

The store was very clean and stocked with everything we were needing to remodel our kitchen.

I really like shopping here. The associates are nice, helpful and informative.

I found all the products I was hoping for with help from store employees. The employees were helpful, friendly, and courteous. The store was clean and well maintained. Carts for carying the lumber I bought were easy to find and well arranged in the lumber department. The restroom was clean and easy to find. Overall this was a great shopping experience.

Great customer service and good prices.

Very upset at this store. I spent $3k on a lawn tractor that is very hard to find right now. There was one sitting outside the door and I bought it immediately. With a 54 inch deck, the mower wouldnt fit in my truck so I opted to have it delivered in a couple days. Well, they never took the mower out of inventory and ended up selling it to someone else who had the means to take it home right away, lucky them! What a crap experience all the way around. Not even the corp office would do anything about it.

My dad was a loyal Home Depot customer for years in Lubbock before retiring to Weatherford. He became a loyal customer of the W’ford HD and I’m now enjoying our local store. It’s my favorite go-to place for anything hardware, garden or flowerbeds!! In fact, I’m enjoying watching my garden grow right now! Thank you Home Depot!!

Worst store in the Weatherford area. Employees are rude and will not help you. You ask a question they say sorry not my area I don’t know.
