I think when I come in I feel like the girl lol....on cheers, there’s times I sing happy birthday to them, kayden the manger helps me all the time, and I have experience you new Bee’s I call them when I was a GM.. AKA trainees they do work hard to get you what you want, and myself Appreciate the staff that you have because theres time’s I can’t carry things but I try to do my best they awesome job, and I tell you every time I leave that store I’m sure they’re smiling and cracking up because I’m a happy person, and I told them keep your smile going all day. They know me by the color of my hair is my crown is completely silver I’m sure they would know me thank you guys have a great day

The store was clean and the employees went out of their way to assist us without being asked.

Only shopped for top soil in garden area. Love that area. Always stocked well!

I needed help in Lumber, and William came to help me get all the items I needed, he even went and got me a cart to help carry the items, way to go.

Jayne, in the appliances section, was super wonderful to my wife and I in regards to purchasing new appliances!

It's a very friendly store with lots of great people. I should mention that people went out of their way to help even in a pandemic. Well stocked with an app to find products. A++ Store.

Jayne in Appliance did a terrific job in getting me the appliance package I was looking for. Jayne went ABOVE AND BEYOND researching for information helping me make the right choice for my situation. Jayne is an asset to your store and Home Depot! However, the store is very warm and needs to be cooler for guests...and staff!

Complements to Angela for her service. She went out of her way to help me by loading the 2 bags of salt I purchased. It’s always a pleasure to shop at your store.

My husband and I frequently go into this store. We prefer to go through the self check out because usually it’s faster. I do not know the name of the lady who was there on 16 February but she is rude. She has been rude every single time and there was another lady at the paint center and she was ignoring a customer who had asked her several times of where something was

I have been able to find available assistance most visits to this Home Depot. It is so nice to have the expertise in different departments as I don't! Ha

Found the store was eager to help and the associate's Charles and Shannon made shopping for a new Christmas Tree smooth and fast! They sought me out asking if I needed help! Wow! Charles helped me get the tree to the cashier and then loaded it for me!

I was in a terrible hurry today. The whole place seemed to feel my haste and the oceans of people and displays parted before me and got me on my way in maybe 7 minutes at the out side. Great job Weatherford Home Depot.

Store lacks inventory, and employee in paint department was not knowledgeable about products, second employee was better and more helpful.

Nice workers that can help you find what you are looking for. What a great way to make a customer happy, to help them. Maybe it will catch on with the other retailers. Ha!! Have a Happy Christmas Season.

I usually shop at the Abilene Store, but I was coming through Weatherford and just decided to stop. I have stopped there before and am always satisfied with the service. Employees were very helpful and friendly. The same holds true for the Abilene Store.

Home Depot is my go-to place for all my requirements.

First visit today. Store was clean and well displayed. Personnel were courteous and helpful. Amazed at how many LED lighting products were available..... no longer... "go get a light bulb"!

Easy to get in/out and locating product

An associate approached me to ask if I needed help. That never happens in other home improvement stores.

2 employees made a huge difference to my bathroom vanity and faucet(s) purchase. Could not have done it without them. a suggestion: if employees know of a big sale going on that is unrelated to a customer's purchase, they might want to toss out small bits of info that could help the customer expand on their shopping trip. This tells the customer that the employee is well versed and sharing info that helps everyone. Just a little sales tip.

Friendly atmosphere

The customer service is not up to par. But they do have good stock on tools you need.
