THE STORE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL, FOUND EVERYTHING WE WERE LOOKING FOR, STORE WAS CLEAN, HELP WAS EASY TO FIND.

While not our regular store, we found the store easy to navigate and not cluttered. The store navigational signage makes it easy to find what we went for. Our requirements were rather large and it wasn't surprising that there wasn't enough in stock. we wiped out two stores inventory in the same day. The flooring associate, Johnny Harden made our experience exceptional.

I'm always amazed at how so many of the employees are able to avoid the customers on the floor needing help, but they are very attentive to other employees. Never disappointed in that aspect of shopping at home depot. I am glad that although I only go in there once or twice a year I can find the things I'm looking for myself, but I'm getting old, and sometimes could use help putting the items on my flat cart or in my truck. Thank goodness for other customers who are willing to help a fellow shopper. Are all home depots like this? I know I spent over $3000.00 there and wow... just wow

There were plenty of appliances on showroom floor. Employees were very helpful and answered all questions. Delivery date was set up and was right on schedule. The 2 men that brought our refrigerator were very friendly and did a great job. They were careful to not scratch our new purchase and explained all the bells and whistles. I would highly recommend them as great reps for Home Depot.

Found what I am looking for easily.

The store was very clean and very well put together..... I saw one flaw though.....I riding lawn mower was broken apart and was still out on display...... Other than that the store has everything I need and more......

we have been shopping at home depot for many years both in California and Texas. we do a lot of our own projects as well as your flooring tile and many,many,many paint products. lots of plants lots of electical items.

First, let me start by saying that I was a HD team member a long time ago (1993) and at the store I worked at (#271 – Pensacola, Florida) team members did our best to communicate with each other and with our customers. It was obvious tonight after my visit to the Weatherford store (#6515), that the “team” vision is a lost ideal. I was purchasing several very heavy and awkward items and there was a group of 5 employees gathered at the home design center less than 50 feet from where I needed assistance. I asked if they could help and was told that they would “call somebody” for me. After waiting for 10 minutes and receiving no assistance from those 5 employees or anyone else, I was able to load two of the 4-shelf I-beam welded shelving units, weighing 150 pounds each, on my cart. That was no small feat for me as a 70% disabled veteran who is less than a month away from spinal surgery, but I used physics, willpower, and the extreme anger at being blown off to my advantage. When I pushed the cart past the design center, the employees were still sitting there, and I made a snide comment as I passed. So, I guess they got a good male ‘Karen’ story out of it, but I wanted them to know exactly how disappointed I was in their unwillingness to assist a customer. Your cashiers and lot personnel were awesome in asking if I needed assistance with loading and followed through. I did ask to speak with the manager on duty and while I neglected to get her name, I explained to her why I wanted to speak with a manager. She told me that those were overnight crew, that they did call her, and she had reached out to the person covering both that department and another. Evidently, he was tied up assisting another customer. The manager basically told me that she has no control over the overnight crew and that they NEVER help. She apologized and said it was not right, but that she had no control. It would have taken one of those overnight crew members a grand total of 5 minutes to assist me or at least tell me that assistance was coming, but they could not be bothered. When I worked for Home Depot, if I had ignored a request to assist a customer with a two-person lift item it would not have been a good day for me and possibly could have gotten me fired. For 5 employees to do it is inexcusable. The only reason I completed the transaction at this store was because it was too close to store closing and the next closest store is 30 miles away. However, I should have walked out and will most likely drive to Fort Worth rather than shop at the Weatherford store again.

This is a real busy store but got in and out quickly.

The associates seemed to genuinely love their job! I loved the customer service by every employee we encountered!

Friendly helpful pleasant good customer service...so much better than the rest of the Home Depot’s. just saying

Appreciated the nice and knowledgeable help I received when reviewing oven/range in my price range. Jeannie was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Martha, also in that department, actually completed the sale the next day. She, too, was knowledgeable and knew to help me ask the things I did not know that I needed to know, ask about, or purchase ( like the 250 plug outlet and faceplate).

This store is clean and staffed with friendly and helpful employees. The layout of the store is the easiest of the stores I have access to within a 20-mile radius of my home. I find the employees knowledgeable and I've always gotten assistance when I needed it.

I found everything I needed and was able to get in and out in a short amount of time.

Brenda in lawn and garden is the absolute best! She was pleasant and personable to every customer I saw her interact with. She goes above and beyond to assist and make sure her customers are getting the best they can. I will go back to this store because of Brenda!

It’s really sad when I have to beg for an employee to help me with a purchase. It almost seemed like they did not want my business. We waited over a half an hour and they plans department. Nobody came to help us so we left the store. I finally called customer service stayed on hold for 20 minutes and finally got a manager to help us. Luckily the person that they assigned to help us was able to help us complete our purchase

Karlie in the flooring department was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable with all the products. The employees in the paint department were very helpful and fun.

Store layout is good, shelves well stocked and employees are friendly and we'll informed.

Staff at this store is great go the extra mile to help you find what you need.

Weatherford did a great job. The paint department was outstanding.

Worst home depot ever been in no one cares

Thls employee in appliances was outstanding (K'yonte) and I needed something from another department and Steven was the salesperson who was equally helpful and cordial.

I have shopped at several "so called" hardware stores in Weatherford & this one hands down is the BEST. If they don't have it, they'll get it....if you need it delivered, they'll get it to you!! I continue to be impressed with the friendliness & professionalism that the fine folks @ Home Depot put forth (always helped even when I don't ask/look for any).

The cashier (Audria) went out of her way to locate the item that I came for. I argued that they did not have what I needed and that I searched everywhere. She told me which isle it was on and its location on that isle. She saved me a trip to another store and made my day.

homeless people in parking lot are annoying

The staff at this store are helpful but I am always disappointed that they seem to have no one responsible for putting the empty carts back in place where customers don't have to search for them. On my last visit, I needed to pick up some cedar pickets and other lumber and all the empty carts were way out on the far end of the parking lot. Also, there were no cedar pickets on the shelf and the 1.25 deck screws were out of stock. I know these are some unusual times so I give them some grace but I hope they will do their best to make some necessary adjustments.

I keep Home Depot on my bookmarked list. I use the internet to get product information, check stock levels and get the isle and bin number before I go to the store. Home Depot is my "Go-To" store.
