Every time I've gone there, I've received excellent customer service. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. Great store to frequent.

Out of most home improvement stores I visit. The westminster location always has employees that help you out.

I purchased an item online that was delivered broken. I had a terrible experience with phone support, so I cam into the store for help. Connie and Melissa from the customer experience team were extremely empathetic and helped me resolve my issue. They spent over an hour on the phone with online support on my behalf and I'm very grateful to them.

Dan and John are very customer oriented, knowledgeable, patient, willing to assist, problem solvers, great demeanor, I am very thankful with them at plumbing department and their service 😀

Everyone is so nice. Every time I go in, I always get help if I need it.

I have been through lots of home improvement projects and this store has been my "GoTo" The employees are always friendly hand knowledgeable.

Natalia the service representative that helped me was very knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of my questions clearly and completely. She assisted me in selecting blind and window coverings and spent the time necessary to get the paperwork correct.

I have worked with the Design Team at the Westminster store. It was a wonderful experience. Kate designed my kitchen for me and took care of every step of the entire remodel. I could not have done this without Kate and her excellent help. All of my appliances went thru her also. Highly recommend this store!

This customer service desk, IMO, is one of the best in the Denver area. Several staff truly go above and beyond to get you what you need!

Paint counter emplyees were amazing

BRIAN helped me to match three locks to one key. He's super good at what he does and Home Depot will do this for free when you buy your locks from them.

Home Depot prices have become excessively expensive. Also, this place is focused on contractors and developers. I don’t need to buy items in bulk like Costco. I need quantity 1 and I have to buy 5. ACE is better suited for homeowners working on small projects.

I bought an electric Auger online. I had an an issue with the product and needed to return. The Sales cashier had all and beyond what it takes to take care of my issue and help me complete the return and the purchase needed to complete my transaction. CASHIER JOAQUIN is a perfect example of what customer service should be. He expressed a friendly, calm and knowledgeable attitude in dealing with his customer's needs. I’ve never had as friendly staff as this Home Depot had. The place was also clean and did not feel crowded on a weekend. Check out was quick too.
