Tom helped us with our window purchase. He was super helpful and explained everything. We left feeling a lot more educated about windows and confident in the purchase we made. Being first time home buyers is hard but when you get someone that is super helpful and patient it makes everything so much better. Thank you!

Very good store! Very helpful & friendly employees!

We like the convenient location and easy access. I appreciate having ample supply of handicap scooters available but would really like to see something done about abuse of handicap parking. We ended up parking half-way down the lot as all spaces were taken. Two of the vehicles occupying handicap spots did not have plates or placards indicating they were handicapped. Maybe a sign of some type indicating to please be respectful of parking for needy folks. We found what we were looking for with the help of Ben. The store was clean but access to some aisles were blocked due to stocking. We were not able to complete our shopping list due to this. The store was as clean as could be expected but some aisles were cluttered making navigation with scooter challenging.

This store always seems to be ready to help find items and be of assistance any way they can.

The only Home Depot location I've ever been in where every associate I came across not only offered help, but was also very nice. Everyone seems to be very knowledgeable in their department. I had about 6 projects for my bedroom walls, from painting to putting up picture frames, skateboards and vinyl records... Shauni and the folks from the Paint Dept had a hand in all of 'em. Made everything so much easier! Thanks guys!

I am a 75 year old woman and I love browsing through home depot...I love the plant/flower selections , the cleaning products and most everything. I'm not really into the plumbing or lumber etc...if I need that stuff, I bring my son...he loves that stuff. You have everything a woman wants or needs in her home ...except furniture..

The customer service was amazing. Several people were so helpful to get me all the materials and products I needed for my house projects.

Hunter was an absolute Superstar with a large pick up order. When some items weren't available he handled the situation so well. He also changed out items he thought looked damaged. He cared. He did a great job. Hunter! You rock!

We just purchased a french door refrigerator and Appliance Specialist KATHY DOLAN was awesome. She provided great sales help AND in addition to matching the internet price, she was able to get us 24 month free financing. Next time we have a large purchase, we will start the process with Kathy.

well stocked clean store however, if you need help good luck. if you need to know something about a product it is probably best you bring out your smartphone and start googleing! customer service on sunday morning with the 7 floor emplyees I encountered was nonexistent. lots of eye contact but the lips didn't move. legs worked well, they used them to walk right on by!

All of the associates I encountered were very friendly. Every section I visited had an associate who greeted me and asked if I needed help!

Phillip was our sales associate and he was so very kind and accommodating. He went way above and beyond, even loading a very heavy door on a cart for us. He has great manners, is smart and knows a great deal about home improvement. He even took time to educate us on certain things. I just can't say enough wonderful things about him. He saw to it to greet my wife and 13month son as well.

The employees manifested an eagerness to help.

Shopping for a snowblower is daunting, but the gentleman (we think he was an asst manager, but we didn’t get his name) who spoke with us was very helpful! He explained all the pros & cons of the differing models, and definitely sold us on the Troy-Bilt Storm 2410, which we wound up purchasing the next night. He really took the time to go through everything, even the fuel options on the HD shelf, in lieu of traditional gasoline. We appreciated his expertise so much and are thankful he spent the additional time with us. Not too many folks do that nowadays!

This store constantly meets or exceeds my expectations. So well-staffed with knowledgeable, friendly people. Today, an employee named Marsha went out of her way to help me get materials I needed for a project. Then I needed help cutting materials three different times, and there was always someone there to help me. Even when THD does not have every item that I need, I can count on them to help me look.

I was in the middle of a big water damaged kitchen, laundry room mess. John, the manager helped us figure out the best way to go and the most reasonable without making us feel cheap. He had us laughing and happy within a couple of minutes. They are very knowledgeable and friendly! The cashier Michael was very helpful also! The store was clean and well stocked also.

Service is always friendly and smart, prodesk staff are funny and nice. Good shopping experience every time.
