ordered a refrigerator at the store. we later wished we had gotten the extended warranty but were unable to contact ANYONE about the order after hours on hold. so, we decided to cancel. sounds easy, right? no. They make it nearly impossible to cancel the order too. worst customer service i've ever experienced.

Price at checkout is not what is posted on line for the item, seems to happen often, allways more.

I paid for a 200 foot hose reel online and when I went in to pick it up they could not find it in stock. Ellen at the customer service desk and Andrew in Gardening knocked themselves out to get me something I was happy with. I would up with a 175 foot reel at a discounted price that I think will meet my needs just fine.

I have spent a lot of money over the years at Home Depot. This experience has given me pause on future visits. I bought a tune up kit for my Honda mower that I bought from Home Depot also. I decide to return it along with a blade that I had purchased earlier. No refund allowed on the blade because of no receipt. Pretty classless CSR with attitude. So, as the saying goes, I'll tell 3 people about a good buying experience and 10 for a bad one. Good luck Home Depot. I'm going to be spending several hundred dollars on a new Honda mower. Just not from your outfit.

Customer service skills are a must when in a public setting. Rude cashiers put me off shopping at this location.

I made many trips to home depot updating a apartment. on line orders were all filled in timely matter. they lined up Total climate control to install new heater. the guys worked very at a quick pace ,did a great job. (my house was built in 1799) the last 3 orders Olivia assisted me at the desk. I was impressed with her knowledge and people skills.

I do Handyman work and shop frequently at the Williston store. The employees are helpful and I love the hot dog booth out front as well. Always a positive experience.

The sales rep in appliances was not clear that if we didn't find the LP gas conversion kit "hidden" somewhere on the new range, we would have to purchase one. He made it sound like Samsung would just send us out a new one which Samsung refuses to do because the kit should have been in the box with the range. But as Home Depot staff did not know where the box was, we're out an extra $200 for the parts that we need when they should have been included.

I have tried to have two home renovations done through this location and neither was able to be finalized. Both times was given misinformation where the jobs could not be complete once those contracted with home depot got involved. One was windows in which the price told was tripled once the company came to our home and the other was a countertop where we were given misinformation about measurement appointment.

Extremely happy with help from employees, they in my opinion went over and beyond. Ellen at check out, and Jacquelyn a Milwaukee rep. Super friendly ,helpful and caring. What an excellent experience. Thank lady’s. You nailed it…

This Home Depot location has some phenomenal employees (Jeff V., Travis T. and Morgan to name a few) who know what customer service really means. Do you know how nice it is to actually find an employee, have that employee take the time to help you find what you need and have the right answers to your questions. I won't mention the other home improvement chain (I'm sure you can guess) but you can never find someone to help you and their on-line information is never accurate...the Home Depot's is! Thank you for all your help Williston Home Depot!

Home Depot in Williston, Vermont is an invaluable asset to the town!

Unfortunately its the only HD close. I go there only if necessary. I have never seen a more messy cluttered store in my life! Some employees are helpful but most have no clue and are clearly not trained well in customer service.

Great staff, knowledgeable, efficient, attentive to helping and finding the right product or service.

Unhelpful employees working in a building of empty shelves offering nothing but empty excuses. Avoid.

Always clean, floors void of obstacles, nothing hanging from the racks to either fall nor snag a person as they walk past. (I’m short anyway...so). SAFETY FIRST in my book counts for a lot. Though this is not a store a child should, normally be brought to, I like knowing my grandchildren are safe here under my direct supervision. Love HD stores. Bob A.

The worst experience ever. Customer Service in this store SUCKS.

One stop Shopping, Home Depot has every I need,, including knowledgeable people I can trust! I wasn't an experienced painter and I dreaded a good size painting project I was about to start! I went to other stores first but came away disappointed! Then I went to Home Depot, I met Olivia in the paint department and she walked me through my project, helped me choose what I needed and gave me some good pointers! What I thought was going to be a mess turned out really nice! Everyone is impressed, especially me! She taught me well! Thank You, Olivia

Great service from the employees at this store!

I needed assistance with selecting a grinder wheel for concrete and another for metal. I was helped by a very friendly gentleman who was working in the tool section on 2/28/21 at around 5pm. They pointed out that for the size of the job I was thinking of there was a much better alternative to was going to purchase.

Always clean and organized, always have what I need with options to choose from and the staff there are some of the best anywhere!

I have been shopping at this Home Depot location for the past few years, and have always been pleased with the Customer Service. Upon entering the Store I am usually geeted by the Store's Staff with a "Hello" and "How may we help you?" My time is limited, and it's very helpful to have attentive staff assist me pomptly with my re-modelling and building needs. The person working in the Flooring Department has been especially helpful for many of our projects, and has taken the time to explain prices, materials and assist us. This has been true in the Garden Department as well. I always feel welcomed at this Home Depot and I really enjoy my shopping experience there. Thanks!

The store is always clean and beautifully organized. I love the staff and have come to know them over the years. Mary Ann is is one of my favorites. Extremely helpful and knowledgable.
