Properly staffed with competent employees. In general, most employees are happy to interact with customers. Shopping at this store is an efficient use of my time and money.

Great store in a convenient place

The store was very efficient clean and helpful.

Associates were easy to locate and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

The ProService employee was wonderful--very patient and willing to consider our concerns and requests. The check out cashier was very patient and kind. The outside loaders were extremely helpful and considerate. We were not happy with the floor associate--this was the second time we had encountered him and he was snarky both times.

One of the features that distinguishes this store for me is the personalized attention. The associates are almost always friendly, attentive and helpful. On the rare occasion that an order has been compromised, the staff are quick to respond, and strive to complete the transaction in the best manner they can. Always a pleasure.

Clean, efficient, helpful and expeditious!

This store is always clean and well supplied, When ever I needed assistance I was helped. I shop every year at there garden department and love the assortment.

I once had to endure an impatient doors & windows guy,but he has since been replaced. Haven't had a single problem since.

Best home store in area, well stocked, lots of choice, has better selection of workman's / contractor - necessary piece parts than the other big blue home store.

Having no idea what kind of wall to wall carpet would best suit our needs, we stopped in the Home Depot. We were helped by the most patient sales person, Fay and got time to think about what we'd learned. Weeks later we returned, treated kindly, selected sameles & asked for the measurements to be taken.Carol did a spectacular job measuring and was in and out on time. We received a tentative quote 2 days later and with questions called the design department to talk to Leon. He assured us he had lots of time and was happy to answer all our questions. He did that and helped with changing some things to meet our needs best. Boom! We called and placed the order and paid over the phone. Wonderful people to work with! Thank you Williston Home Depot.

WOW We needed a door to match one our client had bought a year ago at one of your competitors but they could no longer get it, so I went by HD to pick up a order while I was there at the pro desk I asked Doug if HD could find anything He took 25 min to find a very close match and ordered it, we saved $145. and made us look like a hero to the client THANKS Doug and Home Depot

The store was very clean, everything that I wanted was available on the shelves, and the customer service was very nice and helpful.

Typically can find anything you are looking for at this location and there are several Excellent / outstanding employees to help you. Try it out!!

Staff always knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. Inventory always well-stocked. I never lose at Home Depot.

Excellent customer service! Sent my spouse to exchange an item and when my spouse expressed concern for finding the correct item, the associate went and pulled the item herself from the shelves!

Came back to buy 2 more of your heavy duty 27 gallon storage bins. They're great & at a good price!!!

I recieved excellent service when I needed it but also had my own space instead of being hounded or hovered over. Place was clean. All in all was great!

We got help quickly and they had everything we needed.

Love this store. Just some advice about one of the cashiers. Not very friendly at checkout and makes you feel like you are bothering him, because he has to ring you out. Not just on one visit but every time we are there.
