Less than impressed. I went to pick up flooring, a toilet and a few other items. No one around to help lift said items onto a flat bed cart. Finally managed to get everything myself. Had to wait for someone to come help me actually lift it into my vehicle. Said employee decided to push flat bed as hard as they could towards the others and a wheel caught and hit the front of my vehicle so hard my license plate bent and I have a nice scratch from the cart. It was dark so I couldn't see the damage until I got home nor was I in the mood to fight with a young employee. May have to make an insurance claim unless Home Depot can make the situation right.

This store is our go to for items that we cannot purchase in our home town. The store is always clean, the associates have always been helpful, and what i need is usually in stock and if not they order it and ship it to me!

The store associates are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Jillian, in customer service, made the exchange process easy and uncomplicated. Shopping at this location has made my home projects much easier.

The employees here are amazing and very helpful! They go through a lot to make sure you are happy!

I went into this store to purchase appliances and products for an apartment I am building in my basement. I couldn't be happier with the assistance and friendliness provided by the associates and the products!

I received top notch customer service today at the Tool Rental department at the Williston Home Depot. There is no need to look any further for tool rental than this store. Pierre and John were both extremely courteous, and helpful. I brought a miter saw in for repair. They thoroughly understood the 5 issues I had and were considerate of my time and budget. They offered a attractive solution on a new saw that made it a no brainer to purchase a new saw for $30 more than the repair. Instead of having to wait for a month -plus for the return of a tool with a 90-day warranty I purchased a new tool that I can use tonight and use for the next 3 years under warranty. John and Pierre were also very mindful of the health crisis and were actively cleaning handles, counters and keypads when I arrived. I'll be back for my rentals again and again.

Twice in a week, my experience was outstanding. I do not like large box stores - difficult to find things and generally no help available. On both visits, the reverse was true. Immediate help, pleasant, friendly attitudes. I even got to visit from a distance with Phil in the paint department while I waited in line at customer service. Never would have thought a trip to get drywall supplies could be a positive experience.

I purchased an electrical box in Littleton last week. I found that I needed one additional breaker so I went to the Burlington store yesterday to get one. There were 2 employees working together in the electrical department. I showed them the receipt from the box I bought last week and ask them if the breaker I had selected was the correct one. One said "read the description on the receipt to me". I did. Then was told to "look on the shelf and see if you can find the box you bought". I did and told them I couldn't find it. They continued with whatever they were doing and did not even respond to me. They made absolutely NO effort to help me out. I thanked them for there efforts and left.

Covid-19 precautions in place. Exemplary service today with employees ready to answer questions and solve problems.

During a recent trip to HD, I was pleased and surprised at the level of customer service I received. Very personal service by the cashier Nancy, and her supervisor, Melinda. With their help, I received an updated credit account, and all the perks that went with it were applied to my current purchases. Thank you!

We've been shopping at this store for over 20 years. My husband and I built our house ourselves and the majority of our materials, and a fair amount of advice, came from this store. Have never had a bad experience in many hundreds of visits. We find the employees friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Special kudos to Linda and Joe who always make our visits enjoyable.

Worst receiving dept ever! Why it takes days to get notified you can pick up your item after it has already arrived at the store is a mystery. Customer service isn’t much better when they can’t seem to comprehend how package tracking works.

The management must be good here because the employees are so pleasant and so helpful.

I've used this Home Depot as the source for many home improvement project. Things have certainly changed since COVID-19 and many retailers have limited in-store stock. I recently ordered a range hood online on homedepot.com. The range hood didn't come with a light bulb and I ordered a bulb that turned out to be too blue. I thought great I'll just bring it back to the local store and exchange it for the right bulb. The store didn't have any GU10 bulb's in single packs. However they did have a 3 pack of bulbs. So i brought the homedepot.com order to customer service for the exchange. Monika in customer service helped facilitate the exchange. She was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I explained why I was returning the light bulb and what I was looking for and she was didn't even respond or provide any insight. She asked me for my ID and then asked me how I wanted my refund. When I explained that I was just here to exchange for what I thought was the correct part she told me that the refund would need to be put on a store card. It was a bad experience and I will be hesitant to shop there again!

Nice crew, will freely offer helpful advice if you need it. More than one time I've got helpful advice from employees who have done the job themselves.

The Williston Home Depot is a great store. When you go there you can find everything you need and plus more for the project that you are working on.The associates are always friendly and helpful to. The store is always clean when you shop there too. If you need help there is always employees to help you what you are looking for.

I just successfully purchased a freezer and could not have done it without the great telephone sale customer service help whose name happened to be Kristy.

Store employees are not all wearing masks and masks are not required to enter.

I needed to make a online purchase for stockade fence. I was unable to do it through my computer at home. Went to the Williston Vermont HomeDepot. A nice guy name Charlie help me put in the order. The price was not matching up To the fence they had on display. Charlie was able to Fix the price what the display model said. I left a happy customer. Thank you :)
