I enter the store found the product I was looking for. As I was putting the stair treads in my basket there was an associate that offered to help stack my treads in my basket very nice. I have always loved this store neat and clean. When I arrived at the check out I was greeted by Melissa, very, very helpful. I let her know I was a Veteran and she asked if I was interested in a credit card with no pressure she explained the process and discount they offered. I was very impressed and pleased with Melissa she expedited with great professional and customer service.

LOVE those 27 gallon storage bins!!! They're good & sturdy & a very good price.

I got great service in the paint department at this Williston Store.

I have been in this particular store on several occasions and have never been disappointed with the service or the variety of goods to choose from. Great people working there and it's a pleasure to interact with them.

I went in to get paint, No one was in the paint area , when I asked customer service she said the lady called out sick and Mike from lawn and garden was working that area, but he was real busy .. it would be better to come back a different day. the store was dirty,

Hats off to the gentleman in lumber and the gal in service that were so friendly early morning on December 9th by helping me purchase a surprise gift for my daughter and son in law. When I called to pay for the gift it showed in inventory and they told me they didn’t have the item. They did som looking and called me back in Minnesota to say the found it. So happy they took the time to call me back. Great employees like that are priceless.

I would like to thank store manager Melissa for going above and beyond in helping me deal with a very frustrating situation dealing with a manufacturer. Frigidaire has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with and Melissa stepped up taking responsibility of something way out of her control. She contacted the manufacturer for me, and much like myself, did not receive great service. So Melissa has replaced our appliance through Home Depot with exceptional customer service. Thank you Melissa for being the definition of customer service. My only complaint is - The appliance is scheduled to be delivered today, however the company in which that is delivering is impossible to reach. There will be no one home to accept the deliver and because I can't reach them, they are going to be very disappointed when they arrive. I have communicated this with Cindy at Home Depot who has offered to email them to help the communication get to them. Due to my boyfriend being in a car accident in the beginning of the week, he is unable to be home as we anticipated he would be for the delivery. I'm hoping the company can deliver our appliance to the store as picking it up will be tricky during the "normal business hours" of the delivery company. Thank you

I couldn't get help with an order for a while and the delivery of materials was not consistent with what was promised. The pro services was not helpful in putting together an order and I needed to call repeatedly to try and do an order.

Love, Love, Love this store. The staff are so helpful and have awesome attitudes! They are more like friends than someone you just met in a store. I nearly always find what I am looking for, too.

The Williston Home Depot Had Products needed that couldn't find in other Hardware stores and the staff were right there to assist.

I have been to 8 Home Depot stores in 4 states and the Williston store is by far the most organized, best stocked and most available employees to help with all my shopping needs.

We like going here because the staff is so helpful and courteous. We occasionally require assistance, and have gotten the help we need every time.

This is a great store, the staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our cashier was Melissa and she was also very helpful with getting me through the checkout quickly.

We live in a small city, very hard to find all the home improvement items we need. Our first visit is always the Depot. Thank you for being there.
