I bought 3 items and 2 of the 3 items were more expensive at the register

Max in the garden center was so helpful and kind.

The woman who helped us at the service counter was very helpful and accommodating.

Jerry Fischer was very helpful

Was just in today (4-20-24) to order carpet and also get paint. Both the paint employee and the carpet employee were friendly, helpful and helped me get what I wanted.

Everyone was extremely helpful in directing me where to find the items I needed. I needed to buy with a tax exempt status and Mark was a great help with the transaction.

Richard Lindsay was very helpful in our purchase of washer and dryer

We ordered more appliances from Rich and again it was superb! He goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers.

We will go to Home Depot even if the local competitor is cheaper because there is always someone willing to help us.

Purchased 4 kitchen appliances. Have not received yet but delivery date is 6 days from purchase!

There was this worker that helped us… he was an “expert” in tools. His name was Brian I think… We were trying to get something and he was trying to sell us on something else. We repeatedly told him respectfully that this is not the tool that we need. He repeatedly said to us “this is what you want” not asking what other tool we need or what we need it for. He also argued with us about what certain tools did when I clearly knew because I worked as a contractor— I build houses, and I’m also a plumber.. I think I know what I need. He was very aggressive and was talking AT me instead of WITH me. I hope that he doesn’t help others and speak to them with that tone or aggressiveness. I would not recommend Willmar Home Depot if I have to work or talk with this guy again. He needs some lessons in customer service.

A gentleman by the name Richard made my shopping experience amazing, friendly and positive attitude go a long way!

We went in to buy a microwave… everyone was so kind … that goes a long way with us… pleasant trip and always love shopping here.

This is a great store, always well stocked with helpful, friendly and informed personnel.

We went to the Willmar Home Depot to look for a new gas grill and there was a very helpful employee who helped us choose a Traeger Wood Pellet Grill. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make a choice from the many grills that were available!

Really enjoy this store. Employees like Roger,Rita and Richard have been extremely helpful with remodeling and appliance questions. We also buy our paints from this store because of its quality

I have been in twice in the last few days, and I have to say, every single staff I came across was smiling! They greeted me and asked if I needed help! First Brad (Santa) helped me, and was very helpful! The next time it was Matthew, and he was awesome too! All in all it was a great experience!

I was having some trouble getting my online purchase to even get into my cart… Jerry took care of my issues with that and then some. He knows his stuff and took care of all my needs. He did it in a timely fashion and was so pleasant to work with. Ask for Jerry in appliances!

Bob was very helpful and answered my questions. He even went and found something for me without my asking. He knew what my project was and reminded me of everything I needed to finish. He was amazing. However, two other employees were not friendly and one even walked away from me. Bob deserves a raise!!!!

Since my move to Minnesota, I cannot think of one time when any sales associate has left hanging, whether its in person or a return call, not one time and Im in the store minimal 2 twice a week. Addy, Ally, Lulu, Dave, Althea, Rita, April, etc...and look forward to seeing everyone.

Amy was hard at work when I went looking for an employee to mix my paint. She took the time to double check the base paint and provide a recommendation on the proper paint to use for our project. Thanks Amy!

Im sorry, but cashier's complaining to the customers about being inconvenienced because they were helping you instead of going to a break is just wrong. Making the customers wait 30 minutes to quibble over a $100 coupon when they are making a $5000 purchase is insane. Just wrong all the way around.

Needed assistance with patio furniture and the person who assisted us, Steve, went above and beyond expectations to answer our questions, locate the product, assist with military discount and get the oversize box unloaded so we could get it all packed in our vehicle.

I normally hate it when employees talk to me in stores but Adrian was so nice and easy to talk to, asked great questions about our project and definitely made a stressful shopping trip easier!
